Breakfast and the Toilette design

The location was perfect. The price was very great given the location. I like the design of the queen sized bunk beds. Very cool. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I just wanted an affordable place to stay for my family of three while on our way to Plitvice Lake. We also wanted to see a bit of Zagreb. This place was perfectly fine for that. I didn't read the reviews for the hotel until after we checked in. There were a lot of bad reviews about it being a party hotel with a lot of noise at night. I started thinking I made a mistake and worried that we wouldn't be able to sleep. It was Saturday night. But we didn't hear anything all night. It was perfectly quiet. No problem with noise for us. The room and the entire hotel had a sort of industrial vibe that I liked. Other reviewers said the place was more like a hostel than a hotel. I don't see how, given that you get your own private room and bathroom. But the decor is spare and there were bunk beds in our room. Didn't bother me. If your looking for something posh this isn't the place but I expect you will pay a lot more. People also gave bad reviews on the bathrooms and showers. Our was fine. Not posh but clean enough and totally functional. The lobby and elevator smelled really bad. Luckily our room smelled ok. The hallway outside our room had some liquid (water/) spilled near to elevator and it remained for quite a while. In short, the place could have been cleaner. But it was OK.

Nothing It's cheap hostel not hotel. Very bad noise isolation. Breakfast no gluten free options and basic. Very noisy from inside as no soundproof door and from the street the trams.

Cerca de todo caminando.

location was great and the club was so cool

It was loud, especially because there were live sets during my stay, so the room felt like it was on top of a loudspeaker. The room reeked of sewage from the bathroom, where there was also a shower leak, which had affected the room beneath mine as well. The foreign staff were quite indifferent, though not unpleasant, but I'd expected a bit more from people working in hospitality. The price to quality ratio is overall not great, but I guess you're paying for the location.

Nothing. On each available hotel floor they throw parties and they don't tell you that until it's already too late to cancel your reservation. The music was so loud that the vibrations penetrated walls, bed and mattress and flowed through my body making it impossible to sleep. I urge anyone not to book this place if you want to sleep somewhere between midnight and 5AM. The staff is clueless and doesn't seem bothered to help you. They don't respond to phone calls and messages left on Booking, and they even ignore Booking customer service, so good luck with that. If you plan to be somewhere else between midnight and 5AM on the weekends, then maybe consider it.

Location. That's it The fact there is a nightclub in a hotel that was only specified after paying.... this should be described in details before even reserving it. Everyone is smoking everywhere inside
-
The place looked on the cheaper side. The fit and finish of the walls, floor, ceiling looks rough. Missing a vent in the ceiling.
-
Loud club music until 3 am.
-
I think it should be a hostel not a hotel

The location, the vibes , and atmosphere was great for me , room was small and if you don’t like night life you will hear noise at night
-
The bed, the location, the check in, the WiFi, the cleanliness, and the facility were all very good to perfect. Nearly everything was 100 percent or perfect EXCePT one thing: please take the reviews seriously about the club downstairs on Friday and Saturday evenings. The club downstairs was particularly loud and we/I was forewarned but I advise others to take it seriously. Honestly, it wasn’t even the sound per se, it was the bass and subwoofer that shook my bed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great, close to main attractions in Zagreb, the rooms are comfortable, the hotel has a good cafe area as well as a noce terrace (rooftop) I had a garden view and although it is nice to have a small balcony, the downside is that there is a nightclub with events every night and you can hear the loud music if you face the garden
-
Great location, don't need a car The rooms are very small, very uncomfortable, it's just not your typical hotel room. Also, this hotel has a night club going on every night til about 4am and the whole building is shaking from music and bass. Can't really sleep normally, you will not rest at night

Spacious rooms and rooftop bar

The decoration is amazing. All, was pretty much okay.

Just location. Nothing else. Reception access just horrible with cigarette smoking. There’s a bar you have to go thru to get to reception and elevators that you can’t breath with so much smoking smell. Worst hotel in our entire 3 weeks trip.

Great location and clean

Location was good. This is not a hotel. It’s a bar with rooms. If you’re under the age of 30, in a bridal or bachelor group, and looking to pick up someone in this age group, then this is the place for you. It should be advertised that way, not as a hotel.
