This is a great destination unto itself. Even if you don’t love Zagreb, you will love this hotel, from Lovro, Ivano, Phillip, Renato, Anna, Matije, and Luka in the main hotel, to Maureen and Ann for Thai massages, you will be spoiled.

The staff was excellent, the restaurant was excellent and breakfast was excellent.
-
The breakfast was very good. Everything about the hotel was perfect.

Doručak sasvim OK, u lijepom restoranu kojem je krov u staklu tako da je prostor jako svijetao i topao. Lokacija blizu samog centra grada, Cvjetni trg je udaljen nekih 15-tak minuta šetnje...

Quiet. Within walking distance to attractions, places to eat. Very clean. Staff extremely polite and welcoming and helpful

The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice too.

x For 300euros, this felt everything but not like a 5 stars. The bread food we had in room service was average, the breakfast was a joke, we decided not to eat the breakfast and went to a cafe nearby. And the only thing nice the room has is space, but an empty space, no decoration, not like in the pictures. Very disappointed, for the price.

Great breakfast. I really enjoy it there, its my usual go to hotel in Zagreb. All was fine.

Very spacious room, big bed, great risotto and breakfast They dont pay attention to details. Heathing not working until you call reception and ask them to put it on. Sauna room in general looks very weird. Needs improvement for sure.

Very helpful staff with good recommendations to explore. Great breakfast buffet. Room had large windows with lots of light, and bathroom was good size. Our room was right next to the elevators, which I was initially concerned about but we couldn’t hear anything in the room, so they seemed well insulated. Parking was a bit expensive, though extremely convenient.

Very good hotel, excellent service, very tasty breakfast with a good variety, spacious and clean rooms. Thank you very much and we definitely recommend it.

You could not turn on the heat on the thermostat and the tv is not a smart tv. Or if it is the smart features are blocked.

In conclusion, everything was perfect!

Overall, the stay was excellent. The hotel has a very central location to the city of Zagreb. Staff is excellent and very forthcoming. Breakfast is good. Hotel has parking that you can use (for a fee). Hotel has a nice cozy and stylish bar downstairs where you can relax and have a coffee or a drink. The square on which hotel is located has tram lines passing through it so sometimes it can get noisy, might be an issue if you are a light sleeper.

Very very clean!

The staff were very kind, informative, and helpful. The food was pretty good, though I honestly just had soup and salad. The waiter was particularly attentive and good at his job. It was a convenient distance to/from the airport. The hotel itself had an odd smell when I walked into it, and overall it looked a bit frayed, a little worn and old. I also didn't understand the instructions on how to use the safe, which was annoying. The fitness center had one treadmill, one bike, a few weights, and one or two other machines. The yoga mat I used to stretch on had a huge sweat stain on it.
