Grand Bells Bed And Breakfast

Staff was wonderful and rooms were ideal. Child cot was cute and helpful. It would be nice if rooms had the air conditioning on a bit ahead of time.

Great value. The 3 lovely ladies-Antonella/Mihaela/Ana were really welcoming and helpful with information about travel/places in Zagreb. Invaluable for a first-time visit to Croatia. 100% . The breakfast choice was excelent. I was surprised and very happy as it even had prunes which I eat every morning. ? No mirror in the bedroom. Lack of a kettle, but I asked if there is one available and was given one. ? I asked for a plug for the bathroom basin and was given one.? These 2 items completed my room, all that I needed. I am nearly 80 and like a few home comforts.?

Friendly and responsive staff, excellent location, comfortable room. Nice to have a full breakfast included. I stayed just one night but would stay again. It seemed a bit pricey at first, but compared to others in the area it was the lowest price with breakfast included.

Meet the expectations of a inexpensive hotel Breakfast was nothing special but fare Breakfast needs more options (i.e. different cheeses etc) Some ants were located in the bathroom but those were not a big fuzz.

The location was great, very close to the cathedral and all the main touristic spots. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent with quite a few options. Overall it's a pretty good value for money. The building is old and certainly in need of some renovation. The main issue was the noise, as there's no insulation and the bells from the nearby church would wake us up at 6 am each day. But apart from 1-2 occasions the area was otherwise quiet. Also sometimes there was a bad smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.

Location was perfect for us to walk to everything we wanted to see. Front desk staff was very helpful for directions and restaurant recommendations. The availability of paid and secure parking was a bonus.

The steps to the room was nice but I had a bad knee and it was difficult getting luggage to our room. No elevator. Location

Close to old Zagreb and easy walk around The church bell sounding of every 15 min and the full count on the hour. So not for the early to bed or late riser. Last full ring at 10:00 PM and first ring at 7:00 AM.

Great location, nice courtyard, friendly and supportive staff, but - the catheadral ring Bells were really disturbing , especially Sunday night& morning. With due respect to the traditions, better sound isolation windows would be advised.

Quiet and close to the main touristic points It needs some upgrades

Great location, close to the cathedral and within walking distance of the upper and lower towns. Helpful staff. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Minor detail – I would appreciate a shelf for soap or shampoo directly in the shower stall.
