Location, great shower. Helpful staff. The room’s air conditioning was TERRIBLE, humid, didn’t cool. We had 2 separate rooms and both were super warm.

It doesn't feel like 5 star in terms of facilities or service. The old building and sense of history can make up for this and no doubt some rooms are spectacular - the superior rooms are smaller with poor air-conditioning esp on top floor

Nothing. The room was extremely small with only one pillow so obviously the room was a single one. It was on the top floor, it was loud as the room did not have a windows. We could clearly hear the people on the street. There was a storm during the night, the window was soaked with water. The only person who deserves a thanks was the valet. He was extremely polite and helped us any time we needed. Give him a raise. The room was dirty, filled with dust. The receptionist was quite unexperienced, it took a long time at check in, she had to ask her colleagues all the time regarding numerous things.

Tying the temperature controls to the quality of the seal on century old windows may save a few Euros, but it was a source of frustration trying to get the AC to perform properly.

The property is lovely. The employees were less than friendly and the bartender was completely rude.

Heritage decor spacious room and bathroom very clean. Responsive staff. Strange rules about only being served drinks outside no food in the Bistro. Didn’t make sense. Didn’t like having to ask to have preauthorised money back on my credit card when I was told it would be done the day we left.

Beautiful. Wonderful staff. Bartenders were amazing. Breakfast was delicious. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean and cozy. There was nothing not to like.
