Good location, nice big bed, friendly staff and nice breakfast. Ubers can’t drop you off in front of the hotel because their app thinks it’s a restricted street. They need to drop you off at the park a half block away. Not a huge deal though

I don't like giving full excellent reviews, but this was truly a great stay. The only "better if" that I have is if the a/c went down to 15 instead of 18. I like it cold, but this was absolutely fine.

Excellent location, room, customer service, cleanliness. Every detail was clearly thought out. Overall great! They were having a party in the restaurant with a DJ and we were notified via a letter in our room on arrival. The party was to be done by 11 pm. Unfortunately it went until 1230 or so, and we had to be up at 5 am. The party was like being at a rave -- very loud music playing all night long. This also prevented us from eating at the hotel restaurant.

Perfect location. Very nice to have updated electronics in room. Very comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast buffet options somewhat lacking.

Excellent hotel to spend two night to prepare for our departure back home after a 5 week trip through Southern Italy and Northern Croatia. Hotel had a great location, helpful staff! They recommended one of the best Italian meals we had of the trip arranged our early morning air car, lat minute laundry ect!

Perfect location right near the center of town, without the noise and commotion. Amazing breakfast at Valmarie Restaurant. Spacious room, comfortable bed, plenty of space to store clothes, large bathroom.

Great location. Right in the city center. Super comfortable mattress. Very friendly and helpful staff. She helped to book a taxi who is on time and reliable. No need for a huge TV in the room

We had a fabulous room. Very comfortable, spacious and modern. A little difficult for Uber or Bolt because of the proximity to the train but well located in an area around very nice parks, shops and restaurants

Great location and very clean. Just a short walk to what Zagreb has to offer. The staff was professional and very helpful. They let us check in early, which we really appreciated. The room was definitely very unique with vast views of the street. It also was very spacious and very clean. There was a mishap with the parking but they professionally took care of it. Among everything, we forgot a valuable piece in the room after check out. The lady working at the reception (unfortunately I forgot her name) went to the room and found it for us till we went back to collect it. We truly appreciated it. Na

Great location. Rooms are large. The front desk controls the AC setting. After sweating the first night we requested they turn it down. They refused. It was set at 21 deg C. We asked if they would turn it down to 19 or 20.

The location of the Met is amazing IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CAR. The room was large and modern. The bathroom was very pleasant. The Met is located within walking distance of the town centre, where there are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was the best part of this hotel. The breakfast was not as good as I had expected. There are very few choices at the buffet, and what is on the menu was decent, but nothing I would call exceptional. Although the location is great from a walk perspective, you have to be aware that the street does not allow vehicles unless it is a particular brand of taxi, so Uber drivers or friends can't drop you off at the front door. There is nothing else within this hotel. The restaurant is okay at best but other than the room, the hotel was very plain and uninviting.
