It is the best hotel in Zagreb, the staff is very perfect, everything is perfect

Located in a quiet neighbourhood of Zagreb. 10/13 mins to the city center with train (though they are not that frequent), 35/40 mins with a bus. We used it for an overnight stay, parked the car at the hotel and explored the city next day. They have a nice restaurant downstairs offering local specialties, but beware that the most traditional and tasteful items must be ordered to cook the day before. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly. Beds and pillows are not that confortable. Apparently, one of the double beda in the deluxe family suite was a converted sofa bed. We did not mind, but beware.

Restaurant, lift to all floors and pleasant staff Non working AC in both rooms we were given, and found a bug walking on the carpet. I wouldn’t of stayed had we booked longer

Breakfast was superb, location was a bit far from most spots, but atleast at a nicer part of Zagreb. I missed a fridge and possibly a water heater from my room, to make a tea, or coffee for myself with.
