Overall, this is an excellent property. Staff was extremely nice and the morning buffet breakfast was excellent. They also have great kids facilities to keep the little ones occupied. Location is fantastic close to the main promenade. The only reason I’m not giving it a full five stars is that there are two very small hot tubs such that if you are sitting there with one other person and two other people show up, you literally hit their legs. Also, the pool is extremely cold. The spot facilities, however overall are very nice. Would definitely stay here again. See above

Perfect location Helpful staff great hotel wth garden. Problem was that room we booked with balcony was too close to smoking area. Had to change rooms We got beautiful corner room with view on Giewont from shower! I could shower forever. Also breakfast buffet is the best in Poland ! Smoking outside Hôtel windows

Location downtown, views, brunch was amazing, comfortable bed! We did not like to be entertained in the hotel restaurant; the two musicians were so loud we could not talk.

The breakfast is among the best for my experience. It is true 4 stars hotel.

Breakfast was excellent. Spa was very functional and beautifully decorated. Room was very nicely appointed. I would have preferred a larger bed with harder pillows but that is personal preference.

We were given an upgrade. Had a ski resort feel. Great breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. No complaints.

We finally found our place to stay in Zakopane. Best hotel experience ever in here! Definitely will be coming back. Gym could have more equipment for strength training

There’s not a single fireplace in use. Staff admits new owner doesn’t allow fires to burn. In fireplaces. In a mountain town. !? That was a definitely let down Spa gets packed. Outdoor hot tubs are very small. One couple - maybe two if you know each other Saunas are tiny.

The warm welcoming from the staff and the room up grade I was given For the breakfast hotel may need to open the out side area for the residence to have the option to take their breakfast. The opening of the break fast may starts earlier than the current time

Small, but nice Sauna landscape Only a few polish TV channels. Everything throughout the Hotel (and the country) written only in Polish. It is unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as a five star hotel to not have international TV in the rooms and not having English language communication. Casting iPhone/laptop on TV did not work, despite following the instructions on the TV. Casting Android phone worked once accidentally, but could not be repeated ever again. Sauna full of Polish and Hungarian people coming from the pool and sitting in wet bathing suits, in the 70-90 degree chambers. These prude people clearly have no clue, what a sauna is for. They think, it's some kind of amusement park attraction that you try for five minutes. Staff should enforce textil free entrance. If you are the only one who is doing it right, it might get unpleasant.
