Very central clean

I really appreciated the 24/7 cafeteria, where I could have a tea before bed and refill my water bottle. The location is also very good, about 30 minutes on foot from the train and bus station. The only issue was that the bathroom ventilation made a very loud noise, so I had to turn it off.

Absolutely lovely place to stay for our family. Right there on the Krupowki street, so a perfect location for strolling and accessing other parts of Zakopane. The kindest staff (including bringing a luggage scale from home when we asked if the hotel had one!). An amazing playroom with a big jungle gym for kids that my three year old loved and has set the bar way too high for other hotels we are staying at on our travels. Extremely spacious and clean room, perfect for our family. They also promptly replaced a toilet seat cover when my husband sat on it and it broke ??♀️ which was nice of them to do so quickly, and to be so kind about it! The breakfast was also delicious with lots of options, and they even offered to make us something hot (such as scrambled eggs). We would absolutely stay here again. Nothing, everything was lovely!

Breakfast was delicious! Many food choices. Good location on ul. Krupówki. Nice view from our room. Very Clean - with all amenities provided. Comfy beds. Openable windows to let fresh air in. Front desk/staff were courteous. Coffee/tea was available in the evening in the dining area to warm up upon return. It was a 15-20 minute walk from the train/bus station to the hotel. It was a nice walk - lovely snowfall as we walked to the train station to continue our journey. Wish we could stay longer.

Everything!! Location, clean and modern. Huge room too. Location, especially the parking lot was hard to pick up on our GPS. You have to go on a pedestrian only street in order to gain entry into the parking lot.

The room was too hot and it was hard to sleep well

The location is very good, in the central area of the town. Breakfast was good. The instructions we got for access were clear, but that leads to a thing I disliked that is mentioned later. There is no desk attendance at relative early afternoon, a thing I didn't like. There was a hand shower in the jacuzzi that was broken and innoperative, but who would you call in the late evening, especially when you know there's no one at the desk...

Location is great ! Just opposite TK MAX, and not far from many tourist destinations. It was me who had not enough time to explore. When I ask for a room statement, reception said she couldn't print it out due to the weak internet. When I paid by my credit card she said something about the problem, not clear what happened. I then decided to pay by cash.

Location on the Main Street was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They were also accessible by phone whenever needed. Many more amenities than originally known. Nothing

The property is clean and spacious. Very friendly staff

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The breakfast provided was wonderful. The check in and out were easy. There was a bit of noise from the outside at night. The rooms were ok. Location was difficult to get to as it is on the busy street that is mostly closed to traffic. No on-site parking. No Elevators.

Good breakfast, nice wooden interior that gives you the unique vibes of Zakopane.

The location is the best in Zakopane, the staff were very kind especially Anna. Definitely will be my first choice in my next visit.
