I liked that the hotel had an own parking lot. The panorama was also nice. The hotel is located in a nice part of the city but slightly in the outskirts. It took roughly half an hour to walk into the city center. Two days before the travel I've got an email from the hotel in an unfriendly tone that my reservation was about to be canceled within 6 hours unless I update my credit card information. Their problem was that the booking was on my name but we used my fiancée's credit card (who was my travel companion) for the booking. This credit card holder verification wasn't highlighted anywhere before and it was done in a random moment 2 days before the travel. The whole process and their communication was managed in an unacceptable way from my perspective. I still don't understand why this card holder verification cannot be communicated at the time of making the reservation. Other things I didn't like: - We found the rooms quite noisy perhaps because of the thin walls. We heard noises not only from the neighbor rooms from distant ones as well. - Quite dirty floors in the corridor, in the bathroom, etc. - Unfriendly tone with me as their guest

The staff were nice and helpful and the room and bathroom were nice! Based on the spa advertising I did not realize that spa access was not included in our stay. We had to pay for the spa each day we wanted to use it. The hot tub and steam room were not very clean. Also the breakfast was overpriced for a small and unappetizing spread.

It’s ok for that price, but the hotel looks a bit tired - pillows, blanket not high quality, etc

Good location, friendly staff, good breakfast, pet friendly. Sauna after hiking was a beautiful bonus.

Breakfast is fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and speaks English well. Hotel needs better maintenance and properly lit up and cleaned sauna.

I really liked the location of the property. It’s very quiet. And the commute to the centre is good. Very friendly staff. And accommodating staff. Very pleased with my stay. Only one thing I would suggest is to install a fan or air con. As at nights the room gets really hot. And we didn’t want to leave the window open due to mosquitoes.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a really nice view from our room and honestly location is best - not far from city. Highly recommend as staff is very friendly. We enjoyed wellness activities, so altogether happy with everything.

The room was good: clean and cozy. Still, it's much smaller than you could expect from the photos. The location is good for hiking. The breakfast was disappointing. I also disliked the spa facilities, which were uncomfortable and needed some repairs. Moreover, the hotel restaurant staff were unfriendly.

The breakfast was very good, great staff (especially the man working reception/breakfast), the SPA is included and has everything you may need. Nice view. Little things that take away from the overall experience - no soap in the dispenser in the SPA shower, dirty jacuzzi, broken shower door in the room, the light in front of the mirror in the bathroom not working, the fridge absolutely not working... we had to trash the food that was inside. Additionally paid parking. The worst part was kids using the SPA as a playground - using the jacuzzi as a swimming pool, yelling, impossible to relax, you can hear everything - wouldn't recommend the hotel to couples, seemed more like a family hotel.

I liked the Spa part. I liked the room, which had a spacious balcony and a very beautiful view. The staff was very nice, and the food was great. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that they have a table tennis table. I wish breakfast started at 7:00 AM instead of 8:00 AM. I wish I had received slippers and robes for the Spa... or at least had the option to rent them. I would have liked the TV in the room to be a smart TV... so I could connect it to a device and watch a movie since it's in the room.

The Hotel has written at the entrance “Wellness and SPA” - I don’t think they know the meaning of Wellness and SPA. I paid for the massage service 120 ZL - 45 minutes - back/shoulder/legs, unfotunetly I’ve got a 30 minutes very unprofesional masaage (the girl barely touched my back) - I decided to confront her and told her I have paid for 45 minutes, she was very suprised and told me that her service is only 25 minutes although the receptionist advised me that the masage will take 45 minutes. The only jacuzzi was crowded with children and the parents and it was extremely dirty (hair and dirt just floating on the surface). So yes, I wouldn’t call it AT ALL a wellness and SPA center.

Lovely staff, very helpfull. Spa was but limited cause of the size but actually nice. Mold in the room

Comfortable rooms although a bit small but with nice balcony. Healthy buffet breakfast. Location is ok but easier by car as it is a it outside the town centre. Pleasant sauna and steam bath. Price a bit high for this type of hotel but Zakopane is expensive in high season.

If you can get a room on the street side you will have a great view of the mountains. Rooms are quite humid, but otherwise ok. Parking is just a headache (but I think it's just because we came in the most crowded season), especially if you come back later in the day, you might have to park in difficult areas. Considering you pay quite a fee for parking. Spa area is very small.
