Willa Grań Jacuzzi & Sauna

It was clean. Provided parking. The woman working in the kitchen was very pleasant. We booked an „apartment” with two bedrooms and a view of the mountains. The room we received was small what I would call a studio with a very small loft that our 5’9” child could not stand up in. Room had a very small balcony with a forest view with no possible way for let alone three people Or even two to sit on. We bought this to the attention of the owner who was quite rude, who basically said that if we don’t like it we leave. She did change our room however we had a very lovely view of the neighbors kitchen and living room. The walls are quite thin for you can hear everything for other rooms. There were conveniences Missing like a small sink to rinse a glass. The small fridge was half way broken for the freezer did not work. It was quite cold and the heat was off and not operational. The owner did provide an additional comforter. The beds were very hard. I may add that we booked the pricer room and were looking forward to the mounting views in the morning and evening, I would not recommend.

The bed is very clean, is easy to find and arrive any places and breakfast simple but very good .

Location is very good, it is just right next to Ski lift Polana Szymoszkowa. Breakfast was nice and tasty, apartment was very clean, cosy and comfy with nice view from the balcony and window on the upper floor. Sauna is available for additional charge and prior booking. There is no sound proof in the house so we could hear our neighbours talking, walking, especially they had 3 kids running around so it was disturbing us a lot. Also while opening the window we could smell burnt wood so couldn't get much fresh air inside the room.

Great size room, excellent breakfast and very lovely host. This is our second stay at this property and both times we have loved our stay, we will definitely be returning. Very close to the ski resort and there is a bus stop a few mins walk which takes you to the Main Street or 20 min walk. Great views from our room too. Nothing

The location was quiet and beautiful within easy walking distance to restaurants and ski slopes. The breakfast room was cosy and the breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We are a family of five and booked two apartment rooms and one double room. The apartment rooms are spacious; we had a comfy sofa in our room, large balcony and a stunning view over the mountains.

Calm and quiet neighborhood. Beautiful wooden house with comfortable apartments for a family. Free parking was always available in the court. Very kind and helpful host, always tried to make our stay pleasant. Good, copious breakfast. Jacuzzi was not working, sauna is for extra fee.

very attentive personal, clean accommodations. I liked that the room has fridge, tableware, kettle. There were different types of lightning and great view. Breakfast was normal - there was enough to eat of great quality, but without huge variety. I didn't like that it was hard to find main dish for pescatarian: eggs and salad had beef inside, there was no fish or any alternative as main dish. Also it would be great to have not only cornflakes, but also muesli.
