Staff very helpful, friendly and fun. BEAUTIFUL view of mountains out our balcony, great for an evening glass on wine. Jacuzzi and sanua were delightful.. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Great location, 15 minute walk to downtown short walk across the street to chairlift....wonderful views, lots of shops at top. Town delightful, great restaurants recommend3d by staff. would definely stay here again if in the area. room just a little tight.

Our room had three different views of the mountains, from the ski resort, and from the road and it was amazing. The private spa and the view of the breakfast hall were also great. However, the location itself was very good, but it is far from the city center.

Very quaint boutique hotel . Location was convenient . The staff was responsive and helpful . Breakfast was amazing. Best included breakfast I’ve had .

The room was very spacious and the views from the balcony were great. Excellent breakfast with slight changes each day for variety. The spa was excellent with hot tub. Sauna, and infra red room. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely book again. N/A

Spa was lovely! The rooms were clean and comfortable and very modern. The views were absolutely amazing. There wasn’t a huge selection of food available for breakfast.

Views from our room were amazing. Whole hotel was very clean. Staff were helpful. Easy public transport just outside hotel. Highly recommend.

Very cozy and atmospheric place, stuff is professional and very friendly. Breakfast was very good with enough choices. Location is good for someone who wants to do a ski or just visiting Zakopane as a tourist. Great bonus of this place is a private sauna and hot tub, you just need make a reservation on reception.

Location The cleaning was very very bad . They will not change your towels , toilet was left dirty . They will not replace the shampoo and shower gel , so you are left with nothing . It says that someone will stay at the reception until 8pm, but, from 5 there is no one there . There is no explanation in English , all in polish . Maybe the worst experience I had in a long time . Please avoid this place . Never ever will return to a place like this
