The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and helpful, and just 15 minutes walk to the center. Breakfast was okay, but not too many choices.

Location was within walking distance to town centre, room was large with perfect mountain view and breakfast was outstanding. 10 out of 10!!! Thank you!!!

Nice hotel with great view from the window on the mountain. Clean room with clean bed linen. Very delicious breakfast thanks to the chef for yammy pancakes! A bit far from the center of Zakopane.

Good size room. Friendly and helpful staff. Good sauna/steam room facilities which were available to use in your own group. Breakfast was poor. Very little choice and limited fresh fruit.

This was the first time a place enchanted me at first sight. A truly amazing and clean place , the best pancakes ever, and a friendly and kind staff. I have to recommend this place to everyone looking for luxury, peace, and warm hospitality.

Location fine. Noisy Room above shouting and singing till 3 am. No soundproofing and the lift which was next to our door noisy after 10 constant As for the first night , no bedding for the sofa bed ? When I asked the miserable girl on reception huffed and then got me some , a bit like when the cleaner had 2 days off … the second receptionist was nice.

The location to nearest ski lift. Staff friendly. Clean. No sound proofing. Other reviews have said it's a short walk to town, but that's only to the bottom of the high street if you venture further up you can end up quite far away from the hotel.

Clean hotel, great staff, hotel was about 10 minutes walk to Zakopane’s Main Street. Clean bedding and towels after 2 days which was good. The sauna and steam room was great! Towels provided and you get to book the room to yourself for free. Tea and coffee supplied in the room and a water bottle to fill in the water machine. There was nothing that we didn’t like!
