Pillows, materace are absolutely not comfortable. Some waiters in the restaurant are unfriendly

The only downside was that the outdoor pool on weekdays opens only at 12:00, which was a bit disappointing.

The shuttle to the city comes only once every hour and when coming back to the hotel it was 10 minutes late, not the best shuttle. The drinks and food are overpriced in the hotel

Views and close proximity to ski slope. Good, large parking. Good restaurant, large lobby and comfy. Great outdoor jacuzzis although one was not working Reception, bar and overall Staff lacked finesse and could be friendlier (this does not include security and waiters in the actual restaurant they were great) sinspection staff tried to charge mini bar service & room service to us wrongly as it was not our order. Was very akward - they could have checked this is another way. Renovation around area really loud and ruins views - makes walking messy when wet.

Amazing stay, nice staff, great facilities, clean rooms. A bit surprised they charge a fee for room service and the spa services were also very expensive, we had to pay also to access the jacuzzi and sauna and for parking. Feels like a lot of hidden costs for the hotel to make extra money.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was very good, room comfortable and very clean.

Because I traveled with my children, the indoor playground (kids area) was perfect! The room was well designed and clean. The service at the hotel restaurant was excellent In the day we arrived there was large conference which the lobby and hallways full of people, the playground on the next day was closed

Kasprowy is a stunning hotel — spacious and full of charm. From the moment you enter, you’ll fall in love with the high terraces and breathtaking views — perfect for a coffee, tea, or quick snack. The pool area is amazing, and it truly feels like a place to relax like a queen or king. All rooms offer gorgeous views and private terraces, adding to the overall experience. The hotel is also within walking distance of Zakopane’s center, making it both peaceful and conveniently located. I really enjoyed my stay, and overall it was a great experience. One small point to mention: the elevators (there are three) are quite slow. While they can fit more than five people, it can be a bit frustrating when you’re in a rush. I was also surprised after dinner at the Grand Kasprowy restaurant to receive a handwritten bill on a piece of paper. I tried to explain to the waiter that this isn’t a professional way to handle payments, and I was hoping for an apology — but unfortunately, he insisted on his own explanation instead. A few small things, but they stood out during an otherwise lovely stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The view was absolutely breathtaking — whether it was sunrise or sunset, the scenery was always stunning. The breakfast selection was another highlight, offering a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. The swimming pool was spotless and well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax. Overall, everything was clean and well-kept, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway! None

The hotel is a little way out of town and there are currently roadworks nearby, which means that no public buses go that way. It's worth taking a Bolt or enquiring about the hotel bus, which runs hourly.
