Unique and well-kept building with many different room options. Delicious hotel breakfast with multiple buffets and warm and cold options. We stayed in the room with two queen beds, one on the main floor and one in a loft up a set of wooden spiral stairs. There was a kitchen and bathroom. It would have been very nice for a longer stay. The beds and bedding were very nice. All the staff were very responsive with questions and welcoming at checkin/checkout. Free parking on site was convenient, and we were invited to drop our luggage off early if desired (we ended up hiking and kept it with us in our rental car). You could park your car and walk into Zakopane from here for shopping or food. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, and the shower door did not seal all the way, so water got on the bathroom floor. These are small things, and otherwise, everything was perfect.

Location was great - it was a 15 minute walk to the main downtown street - we opted to pay for parking downtown, you can find for like 6/7zl per hour since we didn't have too much time and the kids were getting tired with all the walking. Our room was very cute and was decorated very nicely! It would have been nice to have coffee in the rooms - there are some 3 in 1 coffee packs and tea at the front desk. An additional pillow/blanket in the room's closet would have been nice, too. We got one the next day though without any problems! Great service/reception!

The room was spacious and beautiful. It was clean and comfortable. There’s enough parking in the parking lot. The breakfast was excellent with lots of options. Staff at check in were kind and welcoming. The playroom for our kid was a big hit. It was nice to have all the kitchen facilities (though complementary tea next to the kettle would have been nice). Our only complaints were that the shower didn’t drain very well and one side of the mattress didn’t have enough support. But these were minor and we throughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely decor, great breakfast and helpful staff. Room had a helpful cloakroom at entrance for boots and coats! Enjoyed the games room too (mostly the pool table) Some noise from upstairs neighbours meant we didn’t sleep as well as hoped every night

Beautiful , homely stay. Was worried that I would be cold but we were all very warm. Enough parking space ,powerful shower, great selection of breakfast. We were all very happy

The furniture of the apartment made by tree and it's vintage. The guests are very kind and helpful, we had a great time! I recommend it to everyone.
