Great Mountain View Great location for ski only 2 minutes driving to the station. There was a small slope in the evening after raining and snowing, the car cannot go up, very slippery. Plus, the parking space is very limited, if you come back late, you have to park downside of the street.

My stay was all very good.

The location and the apartment was good , you just need to go over the description on the website before you booked the room , I stayed two days , i liked it .

Me and my sister really enjoyed our stay at Jan Apartments! Everything was fantastic: the room, we received free upgrade to 2 bedroom suit with amazing mountain views and 2 balconies, in the suit we had everything we needed, the location is great, only 20 min walk to the central street or Gubalovka funicular, the staff was very friendly and let us check in early and gave us great recommendations! Also it is very quiet and every night you get a great night of sleep! We really appreciate everything! There is nothing not to like, this place is fantastic!

Quiet , comfortable, well equipped, and great mountain views.

Wiktoria at the reception had an excellent communication and support, thanks to her. The hotel in general was in a good location and absolutely a good view, I used Uber and bolt to go to the main areas such as Central, however if you like walking it's only around 30 minutes walking to reach to the centrum. That's where comfortable room was very clean and spacious -

Rooms were spacious and temperature was amazing even without constant AC running. Ample natural light and comfy beds. Everything was great

Loved everything. Had an issue the first night with the people staying in the room above us playing loud music til 11.30pm. Tried to complain as it was in quite hours, but nobody was on-site to deal with the issue. It was suggested after phoning the out of hours line that we confront the people ourselves because there was nobody within 40km to help. Second night we had no issues.

Beautiful property- the rooms were gorgeous and had plenty of space with a lovely balcony area. Even though it’s near a main road it was so quiet and peaceful at night. The staff were incredible, really friendly and loved sharing stories about Zakopane with us. Thank you for a great stay :)

The apartment was lovely and the views were stunning, the staff were so kind and helpful and would do anything to make your stay memorable. The location of the apartments were excellent as it was only a 20 minute walk to the town where there were stalls everyday of a variety of different items included foods to try, and the town had a mixture of different restaurants for everyone’s tastes. N/A
