הצוות מקסים ושירותי. באו לקראתנו ואפשרו לנו לעשות צ'ק אין מוקדם וגם צ'ק אאוט מאוחר ללא עלות. אזור הבריכה נחמד, אמנם לא מאוד גדול, אך כולל ג'קוזי ואזור סאונות נעים.סיפקו חלוקים גם למבוגרים וגם לילדים. החנייה בתשלום אך היא מקורה, נוחה ושווה לחלוטין את המחיר. בנוסף, צוות המלון איפשר לנו להשאיר את הרכב בחנייה גם לאחר הצ'ק אאוט עד שעות הערב. ארוחת הבוקר טובה, טעימה ובשפע. מעבר לבופה, קיימת אפשרות להזמין מנות פרטניות עם אופציות נהדרות למבוגרים וילדים. המלון ממוקם די במרכז, קרוב מאוד לרחוב קרופובקה עם מסעדות וחנויות. נהנינו מאוד ובטוח שנחזור לכאן שוב. אזור הבריכה נסגר להפסקה לשעה 12-13.

الغرفة(superior room) تم تزيينها بناء على طلبنا لشهر العسل و كانت رائعة (بلالين حمراء و بتلات الورد على السرير و الارض و عصير برتقال)، كانت واسعة الغرفة و مريحة جدا، السرير و المخدات مريحة على عكس باقي الفنادق. الحمام كان كبير و واسع و فيله بانيو مرتب، السشوار للشعر كان ممتاز و قوي و لا يوجد فيه شطاف كان تعبئة الماء للشرب بالغرف مجانا من برادة مويا موجودة عند المصاعد بنفس الدور، يتم توفير كاسات كبيرة لتعبئة الماء فيها، نقطة جدا جميلة. خدمة الغرف جدا رائعة يساعدونا في توفير عدد المناشف التي نريدها. حضرنا في فترة كاس العالم، كانوا يعرضوا المبارايات و هذا شي جميل وصلنا في وقت متاخر حول 11 الليل و لم يكن هناك من يساعدنا في الشنط. تنظيف الغرف ليس افضل شي، خلال اقامتنا الوسخ في الحمام و تحت الطاولات زي ما هو. المكيف حقهم غريب جدا، نحطه درجة حرارة 19 نبرد نخليه 19.5 يصير حر غريب شوي ?. الفطور حقهم جدا جدا سيء، مكان الفطور مرة زحمة و صغير، خيارات قليلة جدا و خاصة الحلال. و لما طلبنا اومليت خاص فينا قعدنا فترة طويلة على بال يجي. انصح عدم اخذ الفطور في الفندق، في مطاعم مررررررة كثير طعمة بالفطور حول ربع ساعة مشي مثل (SRTH bistro and La petite ) يبغوا يسحبوا منك فلوس على اي شي، في ضريبة اختيار الغرفة حول 200 زيلوتي و ضريبة ثانية مسمينها Guest Fee حول 200 زيلوتي و في حول 100 على ضرائب المدينة ما تم ابلاغنا بهذا من اول او عند الحجز.

The location and the room sizes were perfect The restaurant staff were not very friendly… i do respect that the breakfast buffet closes at 10:30 but that does not mean you kick out the guests who haven’t finished their breakfast meal at 10:30 where it happened to us three times!

Bed was not comfortable, especially mattress wasn’t one big. It has two parts where the place between them. Not comfortable to sleep

Beautiful location, great hotel and very nice room .We enjoyed our time at this hotel and how easy it was to get to hiking trails. We will return to this hotel on our next trip to Zakopane. Nothing

This is a wonderful and very cosy facility. Rooms are wide enough with most of them having balconies. The pool and spa are excellent especially the outside jacuzzi Nothing to mention
