Gold Hotel

I had booked a standard double room, but they gave us a one-person room. Bed was so small and we had only one key-card (they only gave us one) which made the stay more difficult (had to rely on the other person at all times). Otherwise was everything ok. They gave us the wrong room and made a face like it was supposed to be that room. The stay was not worth the money.

Location

Rooms are a bit small, but this is not critical. Heating System are random, morning time it was super hot from the heater.

The breakfast was amazing and tasty. Room was clean and nice. Staff was helpful. SPA was nice and clean. Free parking, left my car there for the whole stay because a lot of trails are 20-30mins walking distance away and the bus stop is next to tho hotel, where you can go to Morskie Oko.

The hotel has a restaurant that is quite good and a spa, which I didn’t visit. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were clean, cozy, fairly modern, and fully functional The beds could have been a bit softer, but overall they were not bad

Breakfast? Oh it wasn't much it just BLEW MY TASTE BUDS OFF! One of the best pick-your-own meal experiences I have ever had! Delicious deserts, mouth-watering food that reminds you of your honeymoon and previous romantic experiences! Oh and accommodation? Only the best I have had in years! In Poland it regularly snows in the winter, so you can sit inside making an expresso with the expresso machine while a light snow flutters from the sky. The memories you make in Gold hotel will last you a lifetime. Clean. In Gold hotel 'clean' has a whole new meaning. Every surface is spotless shining like a diamond. The prise is EXTREMELY affordable and when you consider what you are getting for that prise. On a side note this heaven disguising it self as a hotel has: two saunas ( which you can adjust the temperatures ), one jacuzzi that lets YOU decide when to turn the bubbles and a spa room. Literally the definition for a romantic getaway. Nothing in this hotel has happened that made me dislike it. Everything has exceeded my expectations

Hotel was really beautiful and clean. Staff very nice with you and receptionists very helpful. It was a wonderful stay in this Hotel. It'nearby to all the attractions one should visit. Excellent Restaurant. Thanks for the wonderful service. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel, bit of a walk to the centre but it was just what I needed. Bed was a bit hard for my liking but the Hotel all in all was great.

Spa area was nice and breakfast was delicious. The hotel overall was clean. This biggest disappointment was that the bedsheets weren’t changed. At 22:30 I was changing the bedsheets in a hotel, after a day of hiking. There were hair everywhere and eyelashes on the pillows, also the towels were missing. I don’t like to write reviews especially bad ones. We left a complaint with the receptionist, hoping that the manager will come back to us on that, but they ignored our request to speak to manager. At least we expected that they will offer us a new cleaned room, which didn’t happen as well. I would even dare to say something about some sort of compensation. So, please check your bedsheets before going to sleep.
