Very clean, perfect location , very good service, tasty breakfast
-
NO AIR CONDITIONING, too hot at sunny day in summer, OK at night
-
we had breakfast included and it was good variety of products , we liked it very much too crowded, too big hotel and too many people. Asking 80 PLN for a small pet/night is too much.

Great hotel, exceeded my expectations. Pool area is extremely busy and chlorine smell is too strong so I did not use it. Hotel needs to control duration of stay and amount of people in the pool to provide 4star service

Great Location, Breakfast has really very good options even for Vegetarian people. Recommended for family trips, Staff is very helpful even with a unexpected early checkin

Great choice of food on breakfast, nice and clean wellness. Appreciate that we were allowed to check out 1 hour later:) I would appreciate to have parking already included in price.

Nosal is a great place to introduce the family to skiing/snowboarding. The short slopes with all facilities are just across the road. The pool and hot tubs are busy at peak times but adults can escape to the sauna or spa for me time. The buffet breakfast and dinner were creative and generous. Plenty of distractions a walk away, around town, but almost all directed at families. We felt too warm in our otherwise comfortable rooms at night, so even at -8 outside, we opened the windows a bit. Desk staff didn’t volunteer all info they might have… hard to find out about their equipment hire or ski lessons and we found out late that staying at the hotel qualified us for a ski lift discount.

I didn't like this hotel very much, at check in I was told that for a minimum stay of 3 nights parking was included in the price, however at check out I was charged the parking fee of 120 zl (30 EUR), then the first night I didn't sleep even a minute due to the very hard mattress, it felt like I was sleeping on the floor and the room for me was cold and you couldn't adjust the thermostat from the room and there were no additional blankets in the room. Then the swimming pool was super crowded because it was small for such a large structure, there were at least 150 people and about 10 sunbeds in total, everything was paid for and very expensive. Nabe Spa was good. Relax massage was amazing. Breakfast was not so good. Swimming pool is full with children which are shouting. So you can hear them even in the relax zone. Parking is 40zl per day. Room was a bit old. I had a third bed in the room, while I was alone. Some things in the room were broken.

Hotel is ok, rooms are VERY noisy! Food in restaurant is pretty good Hotel was full of corporate guests, making a racket and banging on our door at 4am. Also the hotel didn’t book a taxi for us at the time requested. Probably wouldn’t return here

Very nice room, quiet and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Lack of restaurant's menu online, poor choice for vegetarian in the menu.
