It was a complete disappointment. This was one of the most disappointing customer experiences we've ever had. The accommodation itself was already below expectations and definitely not what we would expect from a 3-star hotel. The room door provided almost no sound insulation, so every conversation in the hallway, every guest walking past and every door slam could be heard inside the room. The hotel is next to a busy main road, people were shouting in the courtyard until around 3 am, and sleeping was only possible with earplugs. The room couldn't be properly darkened, the morning sun came straight in, the walls were dirty in several places, and some staff members couldn't communicate in English. But it gets much worse. We booked two nights. At around 2 am, we were offered breakfast for both mornings and paid for it separately. Nobody told us it could never be cancelled or refunded. The next day, a serious family medical emergency forced us to leave immediately. We did not ask for a refund for the unused night. We only asked for a refund of the 90 PLN breakfast for two people that we had already paid for but would never receive. Our total bill was 908 PLN. We were asking for less than 10% of that amount. The request was simply refused. The explanation was that the buffet breakfast ingredients had already been ordered. That was impossible to believe, especially since they had no problem selling us breakfast at night. We paid for a service that was never provided, yet the hotel chose to keep the money anyway Apparently, preserving customer satisfaction and showing even the smallest act of human decency was not worth sacrificing less than 10% of the revenue from our stay. The most shocking part was not losing 90 PLN. It was realizing that, during a genuine family medical emergency, there wasn't even the slightest willingness to show compassion or make a reasonable exception. In the end, the hotel kept 90 PLN. It also lost customers forever.

Everything was very good for the price, we stayed here for 1 night because we came too early at night and wanted to sleep at least a few hours. We booked the place at 22 pm and checked in at 3:30 am - the receptionist works 24/7 and replied quickly before the booking, so we were sure we won't be greeted with a locked door. There were slight inconvenience - we accidentally left some belongings in the room, but receptionists were kind and helped us to get everything back. It wasn't anything that you wouldn't expect: I wouldn't choose hotel type of accomodation without private kitchen for the whole stay, but if you want quick budget option, this hotel is great

Very close to center of Zakopane and to many restaurants.

Morning breakfast was good. It needs updating since there is no air conditioning at this facility, also carpets are old and dirty .

Good hotel with standard facilities. Good breakfast. No elavator.

Complementary in lobby is only water, Téa or instant coffee. Parking limited. Many cars had to use other than valid spots. Not unusual in some places, but I prefer a valid spot for my car.

Within walking distance yo Krupówki and thermal pools. Clean, welcoming and helpful staff.
