Hotel Nosalowy Dwór

It was clean and in good location with amenities for kids. The morning breakfast was decent but the restaurant there was extremely disappointing. I ordered a lot of various courses and dishes and each tasted like microwave food with a lot of cheap sauces to cover up bad taste. The staff is just doing their job and can see over worked as they are not able to cope. My room had many requests missing and they casually forgot to provide room amenities which once called for they did provide.

Staff were unhelpful, I tried to explain my concerns but they couldn't care less.

Nice breakfast, good staff, big parking lot but busy season can be tricky, very close to a nice skiing rink!

Exceptional room and breakfast. If you travel with family and like hiking then the location of this hotel is perfect.

It was really good value for the price. Breakfast was excellent, room was fine for our needs, clean place, lots of services. With children this is the best in Zakopane. I need to highlight when we checked in, the staff at the reception was super helpful.After check.in I told her what a terrible issue we had in Zakopane, even the whole situation had nothing to do with the hotel She helped me, gave me information what can I do to get some help. She was the must helpful, caring and understanding person! Everyone was kind to us.In Zakopane often people are not so kind, but in this hotel super nice everyone. Smile and care. This was all we needed to make our stay in Zakopane nice again, for 24 hours we didn't leave the hotel area because it felt really relaxing, cozy and safe. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

incredible facility in such close proximity to the slopes! great value for money!! the swimming pool, jacuzzis, wellness area (steam room, sauna, infrared sauna, and more!!) had so much to offer and was a welcomed relax after a long day of snowboarding. room was massive was a tv and sofa, shower was nice and the view from the balcony was incredible!! would 10/10 recommend.

Very nice and clean hotel with typical architecture from the region, the room was spacious, very clean and had a balcony :) This hotel is part of a resort that includes 2 other hotels and the reception is in one of those. By staying there we had access to the indoor swimming pool jacuzzies and saunas in the main building, which is quite relaxing after spending a day outside on cold temperatures (there is no indoor path to access it, you need to take your bathing suit and change in the other building). The breakfast was served in the hotel's restaurant and had a very good variety with what I believe was local specialties (food was delicious). The restaurant gives you the feeling you are in a wooden medieval castle (simply awesome) and the staff was very professional. the sofa bed for my child was uncomfortable because it was not fully straight, there was a bump in the middle.

not much Nosalowy Dwór is using this same picture as of the rest very high standard complex that is misleading since Nosalowy Dwór is old zakopane villa type standard; At the booking room is listed as of 25 sqm where we had 22sqm /according to lady at reception/ in my opinion 15sqm or less due to fact that it was the last 3 floor with diagonal walls and windows in the roofs ! I was in Nosalowy several times before and putting Nosalowy Dwór together with all quality pictures from the other part of complex is a scam !! Lady at reception, in adition as above lady at reception gave as poor quality room at the last floor - NOT HAPPY with visiting this time

Excellent staying, warm and clean

I had a great stay! The room was spacious, and the breakfast was good. The swimming pool and sauna area were fantastic, providing a relaxing experience. The location is excellent, just a short walk across the road to the ski area, making it incredibly convenient. Staff frequently switched to Polish despite my speaking English, which made communication challenging. I called the reception multiple times, but no one answered. The swimming pool number listed on the phone didn’t work. My room was in a separate building, requiring me to walk outside to ask about the swimming pool and bathrobes, which were not provided in the room.

We received an upgrade and ended up staying at the Grand Hotel. The hotel is absolutely amazing, great structure, comfortable, the breakfast is very complete and the leisure area is fantastic.

Clean place to stay, good saunas and pool, beautiful views from the hotel. Close to Kasprowy Peak trail, Nosal Peak and Ski resort. Friendly staff, no issues with check in/out. Although Kettle and cups were in, there was no tea or coffee availble, we had to get it on our own. Single beds were too small to sleep comfortably.
