We liked everything - the neighborhood, Zakopane-style hotel building, our spacious, cozy, very comfortable room, the bathroom, the magnificent mountain view visible from both our private balcony and our room, the convenient free parking, the perfectly planned wellness area with its indoor heated pool, two jacuzzies, showers and sauna, and the perfect cleanliness and maintenance of the entire hotel area. Breakfast was rich, also featuring the local delicacy of Oscipki - smoked mountain goat cheese. The hotel restaurant was unforgettable - we loved everything we had there, from starters to main courses to desserts, the cocktails were amazing, and even the winter tea they served was a real treat! The general atmosphere was full of warmth and really pleasant, and the staff were all very helpful, pleasant, and simply perfect, providing us with detailed explanations and truly impeccable service. So great was our stay there that for two consecutive days, while in bed back home, I felt like I was still sleeping in my hotel room...The perfect place to revisit, a home away from home! No such thing, sorry. We loved every aspect of our stay.

Great hotel with pool and Jakuzzi open till late at night, also restaurant open till late night, great facilities, it is relatively new, modern furnished. 2 km from Zakopane center. The room was a little small, but had a nice balcony.

Amazing value for your money. Staff upgraded our basic room to a mountain view room free of charge. SPA visit is included in the price (one 80C sauna, one indoor pool, 2 jacuzzis, and an outdoor pool), amazing breakfast, free parking on premises Nothing, it was amazing

Clean &comfortable. Excellent value for money.

My fiancée and I spent one day here to deconnect. It was so amazing, it felt like a full week of relaxation. The rooms are top notch, beautiful views, everything you can think off is covered. Room service option, great restaurant, the amenities are excellent. We especially loved the jacuzzi, it didn't feel overcrowded in the swimming pool area despite one of the pools being closed during our stay. There is nothing we 'didn't' like. The only thing that might improve the stay a little bit for us is to change the TVs to SmartTVs since we don't understand Polish and prefer watching our Netflix Movies and Shows on the TV screen but that didn't make or break anything for us.

Far from the center requires Uber or Bolt

The play area for the kids was nice but very dark. Nice breakfast location. it is not in the center. needed to take our car everywhere.

Second, all personel very kind, professional and helpful. Amazing, yummie food!!! We enjoyed a lot! Facility clean, cozy, situated in peaceful qiuet place with great public transport connection to main streets of Zakopane. It was short time stay but very restful. I deeply recommend! Sylwia

The dinner offering was good and the meal very tasty and high quality. The wellness area is a bit small related to the size of the hotel. Probably this is not an issue during the summer, when the outside pool is available, but in winter it is. The noise from the neighboring rooms is audible.

This hotel should have 5 stars for sure and i definitely will come back.. Just the best hotel..Thank you for everything..

Upgrade for our engagement, various choice gor breakfast, good location. The room was big and clean with a great view The reception staff was a bit cold when we arrived

Beautiful views, room was lovely with an amazing hot tub.
