I loved how everything is around. The breakfast was amazing the staff were incredibly kind. I highly recommend this place for everyone who would like to go on an adventure in zakopane.

The location was amazing! So was the view from the balcony. There was free parking. It was a great starting point for journey to Morskie Oko. The staff were friendly and were willing to speak English as best as they can. There was some confusion among staff as to which room was supposed to be ours. The rooms was not soundproof - we could easily hear the microwave oven in the hall and sewerage from other rooms. I couldn't pay with card since the card terminal was not working at the moment. Since I didn't have zlots, they accepted euros, but didn't give a receipt. There was only 1 bar of soap, no shower gel.

Breakfast was average, we're not fussy eaters but if you are you would struggle. Veronica was so lovely and looked after us so well! We will be back ? In the room the curtains didn't close fully, it was so bright in the mornings, a blackout curtain would be good

It's a great place to stay when in Zakopane. The lady who runs the place is very nice and helpful. The rooms with balconies have a fantastic view and there are some nice shops and restaurants in the area. Breakfast was good, loads of options.

The amazing view from our room. Tatra Mountains are just spectacular!!! So if you get a balcony room, it is just great!! This is my second stay at this property, unfortunately this time there were no breakfast. I remember that they used to offer an amazing breakfast, large buffet. I guess this time was low season, maybe that's why they didn't have breakfast.

The staff were very accommodating and even though we didn't have cash on hand, they let us pay later when we checked out. While they didn't speak English, they tried hard to cater to us as well as with the help of google translate. The room was also very spacious and comfortable, with the bathroom being very clean. Perhaps extra services like laundry would be preferable.

The location is perfect to reach any of the must see attractions of Zakopane. The hotel es beautiful, the breakfast delicious and you have free parking. I enjoyed my stay ? Everything was perfect

My room was located on the second floor and overlooked the mountains - the best thing ever! The hotel is beautiful in a very quiet area and only a 25 min walk to the city centre ( Krupowki). I am very satisfied with the facility, the location and food were excellent. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

It was very nice vacation. We really enjoy time here! Lovely place and very nice and helpful owner and by the way really delicious food.
