Location was excellent with many restaurants and markets closely but no sounds from the street. Spacious room, exceptionally clean, comfortable bed, sheets and towels good quality. Breakfast was great. We like all!

All reviews I have read were true. First of all mr Mateusz was absolutely kind and helpful. All personnel was very kind actually. The view was great, the rooms were clean and dreamy with these wonderful windows through which we could gaze the sky while on bed. The location was very convienient and the cafe downstairs was so relaxing with great products. Go for chocolate icecream with warm rasberry sauce or the "torta" with cocolate and raspberry. Ecerything was delicious. everything was great.

Location is the best. Everything you may need during your holidays is very closed to this apartment (bars, shopping street, market, buss station etc). Also we thank the guy with name Krystoph (I am sorry if the name is not correct), who met us in the apartment and helped a lot with tips, how better to move around at what time, what busses etc. Very friendly and helpful guy! We visited everything we planned even more as everything worked just on perfect way and lets not forget, it was NY time! We were sad to leave Zakopane :) :) :)

The customer service was exceptional, everyone was nice and supportive. The host provided us with the map to the main trails in the Tatry mountains, best restaurants close to the villa, and they were flexible with check-in and check-out times. Because we were visiting during the off-season (first week of Oct) and booked for the full week, we got a better room free of charge with a great view on the mountains. The room and villa was extremely clean and it always smelled nice there. Breakfast was fresh and very tasty, it was a buffet. The options were also vegetarian friendly and they had few vegan options. The rooms and surroundings were very quiet, the villa is in a small street very close to Krupowki. I'd say this was one of my best vacation stays ever. The only small thing I'd recommend is to provide a more comfortable pillows. There's nothing else I could suggest.

Breakfast is excellent, everyone can find something they like. Willa Kmicic is located just few steps away from Krupowki - main street of Zakopane, but it's quiet and peaceful at the same time.

All was splendid: owners' kind attentiveness, friendliness of all staff, garden, tranquillity despite closeness to town centre, care taken over breakfast, size of room, view of Giewont, balcony. Nothing!

Very good, central location with free parking on site. Polite, helpful staff. Great breakfast. A dinner option nearby that may be reserved or organized at the reception would definitely be a plus, at least for families with little children, but this doesn’t make anything worse, just a remark.
