Pretty mountain-style buildings. Great breakfast with the custom egg-dish options. Kind staff. The mini-spa was quiet and good for a little relax. The twin beds were extremely narrow and the room was outdated with no details - not even a tea package.

The entire staff was excellent and very kind. The location is perfect for adventuring to the Tatra Mountains, also the view is beautiful. The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained.

The Hotel just cancelled our reservation via Booking.com and didn't inform us earlier. We just arrived and after long journey we learnt that the whole place is booked and there is no place for us (even if been paid in advance), then reception employee found us some other place (also via booking) which was much much lower standard. Be carefull there - your reservation is not honoured if there are others reserving the place not via Booking.com (too high share perhaps). I am trully dissapointed and they destroyed the Birthday of my daughter.

it is just near to the centrum. The hotel is clean and the staff is so accomodating. And the breakfast is also good. nothing.
