The breakfast was good with reasonable variety. Breakfast was served across the road by a restaurant. The room was reasonably sized but only had basic amenities (no shampoo and no soap). The hotel had bike rentals, a sauna, a gym and is located adjacent to the adventure park (which was partially closed for winter maintenance). They have laundry facilities in the basement for a cost. Detergents and coins can be bought from the reception. Construction was ongoing in the back yard, which meant we could not open the windows nor sit on the balcony because of the dust. The car park was 50 meters away in a private parking lot. The reception was unattended during announced hours and one had to call a number to get them to come. The location is secluded and one has to cross the river into Zell am Ziller to see anything.

the rooms were pretty, bath rooms were beautiful, and shared room with kitchen was really nice! we stayed in an "apartment" which meant we had two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms connected by a hallway and living/kitchen with a balcony. there were goats that the kids feed twice a day and bunnies! there was also a playroom in the basement that we only discovered on the last night which was sad because we would have loved it. it was summer and very hot so we didn't take advantage of the sauna/spa but we did go see it and it was beautiful. there's also a stream right next to the parking lot which makes a beautiful calming ambient noise all the time. it is well fenced off so you don't have to worry about little ones falling in. they don't have air conditioning or fans which is not unique to this hotel. it seems that it is the rare place that we have stayed in Europe that has air conditioning but in the summer it's something to think about. particularly because you cool the room off by opening the windows and there are lots of wasps all over Austria in the summer and my daughter is terrified of them so it made things a little more exciting then if we had had a fan. also if you don't choose the mountain view you are looking at the highway and you can hear the highway traffic which is pretty low level. it didn't bother me but I can see it bothering some other people.

Great and helpful staff. Really appreciate it. Room was clean and comfy with a great view. We stay 6 people in one apartment, everything was great and comfortable. Spa area was perfect, many options how to relax. Ski equipment locker was to small for 6 people, needed to find alternative lockers, wasn't easy. One recommendation from my side. If Spa area start work from 16:00, it would be nice to have also sauna warm at that time. We came at 16:00 sauna wasn't ready.

Nice and close to the piste. Clean, nice sauna. Great that they have their own ski locker. Really kind that we could use the showers after checking out. I found the breakfast quite poor. And there are no other restaurants in real walking distance then there own pizzeria. It’s a high priced 3 star hotel. But you are paying for location as they are across the street from the lift.

Check in/out was very easy and express. Reception staff were super friendly. The location is near the cable car and there’s also a fun coaster.
