A fantastic gem 2min walk from the main gondola in Zell am Ziller. Excellent for skiing! We stayed in the family room and it was very comfortable for family of four. Very clean and nice place with great owners! Very good value for money.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Birkenheim hotel! The family that run it were very lovely and accommodating, even with our language barrier. Our room was very spacious and well-kept, the breakfast exceeded our expectations and the sauna felt brand new! The hotel is in a perfect location, 5-min walk to the gondola. This is a great, family-run alternative to bigger touristy hotels and we will definitely try to stay again! Not much I didn’t like. I wish breakfast started a little earlier. We enjoy fresh tracks so if breakfast started at say, 7:15 it would mean it wasn’t such a rush to the lifts for 8:00

Location is very close to Zillertal Arena (you do not need to take the car, the guesthouse is closer than the parking). The room is big, clean, and cozy, the bed is big and confortable. It has a small kitchen, with a medium size refrigerator, a stove top, plates, etc. There is also a balcony. Towels and soap are provided. There is hot water at anytime. Parking place is free. There was no microwave avon.

Great value for money! Cozy, comfy, very close to the Arena. Highly recommended!!! Normal breakfast like any other B&B around. Free parking with easy and quick access to the main road, where you can drive to all other resorts around. No elovater

Very friendly host, VERY comfortable bed (!), really close to the gondola. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything needed for cooking and eating for 3-4 persons (we stayed in a room that had a kitchen). Lot of clothes hangers & power plugs. Coffee machine & kettle were available. Generally the in-room furniture and amenities were of high quality, and one got the feeling that the appropriate care and effort had been given to make for a high quality accommodation. Incredibly clean too. Would stay again with pleasure. Many greetings from Berlin.
