We had the best time at the Alpenhof Hotel! The hotel is cozy and pleasant. The rooms are great, clean, and the view is amazing! The breakfast exceeded all expectations—just perfect. The owner was unbelievably helpful and kind! We needed a lot of assistance during our stay, and he went above and beyond to help us. He booked lessons for us and took care of many other arrangements, making our trip smooth and enjoyable. We traveled by car and easily reached Penken (a 10-minute drive), Arena (a 3-minute drive), and Kaltenbach (a 10-minute drive). We couldn't recommend it more! Nothing. It was perfect.

The Hotel was a short walk to to the train station, local restaurants and the nearest skilift. If you were too lazy to walk the Ski Buis stops at the end of the road. The room was generously sized and well equipped with a good bathroom, large tv and lounging area. The staff kept the whole hotel spotlessly clean. The breakfast was excellent quality, with a very varied selection, you could choose to eat very healthily or indulge yourself. The Gym are was very well equipped and modern - I especially enjoyed using the treadmill after a day of skiing to make my legs feel normal again. The Sauna area was surprisingly large and had everything you needed. Overall the amenities were of a size and standard far higher than I would have expected. It is a family run hotel, and the staff were always went out of their way to be very helpful and showed a lot of kindness.

The location of the hotel is good, short walk away from a restaurant and supermarket or short drive. As well couple of minutes drive to the parking of main gondola. The parking is free there. The bus/ski bus stop also around the corner. The breakfast is absolutely amazing there rich and lot if choice for every taste. Thanks for keeping it this level. The intedior - everything is new cozy and very nice including the ski room. Absolutely beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The room service is the best. The only small thing is the shower and the water pressure and temperature - at the morning peak hours it drastically changes from hot to cold every minute and second so had to play with it all the time and still had sudden cold or hot water changes.

Great breakfast, mattresses are very good, friendly staff. The place is very clean and cozy. Close to the main lift. The only thing I can think of is adding a kettle, so guests could make some tea/coffee during their stay.

The gym and the breakfast, the friendliness and help at the reception. For the price, we missed having at least a tee or coffee machine in the room to enjoy better the balcony in the morning or night. The bar was closing pretty early. We also prefer a full size bed clothes instead of individual ones.

Very good, varied and tasty breakfast. Lots of fruit. My room was cleaned every day. It was obvious that the hotel staff cared a lot about the comfort of their guests. The availability of the spa. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski holiday - the bus stop is only 100 meters away. And of course a special thanks to Willy for his help!

Supreme breakfast. It was one of the best I have ever had in a hotel—clean, well-designed rooms. The hotel, per se, was tranquil, with daily room service. It was a pleasant surprise coming back every day after skiing to the clean and made-up rooms. The rooms are slightly small, but it is a minor imperfection.

Excellent property as 3 stars hotel, fantastic breakfast etc… Spa was clean and perfect for 3 stars hotel.
