Good facilities, clean, good location Pool and sauna - very nice! Breakfast could have more variety and the staff were cleaning the table very fast - we had the feeling to rush to finish it. As well, internet was very, very poor, almost non-functional. Lights in the room were very dim.

Beautiful house, Danielle has a keen eye for interior design. The place is spotless. Loved the gorgeous pool, steam room and sauna. Room was lovely and bed comfortable. The tranquility. 10/15 minutes walk into zell centre, lovely restaurants, our fav being the cocktail bar and restaurant at the Englehof hotel. The Rosegarten near the property if also very good if you dont want to talk into town. Well placed for the train/bus to other resorts. Lots of snow in Gerlosh. Danielle is definitely a character!! Would have liked a bit of a lounge area to relax in but thats personal choice and it is a B & B. Did feel a little rushed at breakfast but we were minority walkers amongst skiers.

Nice spa and pool. nice room with balcony. The lady that takes care of the check in, breakfast and cleaning, is very annoying. For example when she told us the opening hours for sauna, and she said 4 o’clock, we asked in the morning or afternoon, and she asked and I quote “what stupid question is that?”. at breakfast she’s very loud, asking a thousand questions. it’s not flexible in time for breakfast even though you go there on holiday. in our last day, was the most annoying. our checkout was not until 10:00. we had breakfast at 07:30. when we started eating, she already went in our room, took out all the towels and the bed sheets, even though she asked if she can do it and we said no, she still did it. after breakfast, I went in the room, I got very annoyed by her, went and asked for a towel because I wanted to shower before I had to leave on a road trip that took 12 hours. she gave me one and was blaming her colleague that she took the towels. while I was packing my bags, after showering, she knocked on my door, I opened and she asked when are we leaving. it was only 8:45, not even close to 10 o’clock. I answered “in a bit” and she angry asked “ what does that mean”. so I will never ever stay there, even though I plan to ski every year in that area.

We have enjoyed everything about our stay in Landhaus Säumler Hotel. Regarding the location, the hotel is perfectly located in the area. It is literally 1 minute away by foot to the Ski Bus that takes you in a 5 minutes ride to the ski lift (Zillertal Arena). It is also 10 minutes walk to the center and Zell am Ziller central station where you can find all the restaurants and bars. From the central station you can also take the train very easily to get to Mayrhofen which is a small town in the area that is very live and offers many options for restaurants and shops. From the same train station you can also get to Innsbruck and give yourself the chance to also explore the beautiful city. The hotel facilities, the wellness area and the inside pool are really nice and very modern with an amazing touch of authenticity in the decoration that gives a full experience of the Austrian country side. Some of the rooms come with a balcony, and others come with a shared terrace. Most importantly both options have a magnificent mountain view that you’ll never be able to forget. The hygiene of the hotel is extraordinary! You will definitely feel like HOME! Every corner will touch your heart and soul and you will feel the love and effort of the great people behind this beautiful place. Lastly, the host Daniela is one of the nicest people we’ve ever met! She made us feel like home and helped us a lot in our stay and gave us great suggestions and tips to places, and restaurants that made our trip even more unique and memorable.

Daniela is perfect hostess. Breakfast was really good, with little surprise every day :). And the spa after whole day skiing/snowboarding was perfect.
