They offer free shuttle services between the borders. the cars are very nice and comfortable too. pillows are a bit soft to me

Great location and clean environment. Very convenience to have dim sum everyday as the Chinese restaurant and the massage place are just the next door. There’s also many restaurants nearby the hotel. Staffs are all nice especially Miss Tse who is extremely helpful, she’s really putting her heart on her duty and caring to us. Thank you

Very good location. Quite close to Macau/zhuhai control point. Walking distance to many restaurants. Free shuttle service to Macau/ zhuhai border. It can be a little noisy at times if you leave the windows open.

This hotel ad on booking.com is 5 stars hotel but when I check in at receptionists n I have a question about is it 5 stars hotel as you ad on booking.com? And they were reply to me that “ this hotel has no star and just a plan for 5 stars in the future “ so double check when anyone has a plan would like to book from this hotel The staff very rude and gruff,,when all my family back to hotel after hanging out then when we just walk in the door then the receptionist said “ why so many people check in only 1 room? Without ask for properly to the customers???

The room was comfortable and clean, and everyday housekeeping would leave behind a treat for us which was really nice and made us feel welcomed. The staff were also really helpful. The only downside is the doors for the toilet and shower. It would be better if the glass doors were at least frosted or there's curtains to provide some privacy.

We were particularly impressed by the spaciousness of the rooms, which provided both comfort and a touch of luxury. The personnel stood out with their exceptional helpfulness, making every interaction. One highlight of our stay was the breakfast, where the rice noodles were simply outstanding—a must-try dish for anyone who wants to have authentic local flavors. Additionally, the wellness facilities offered a genuine Chinese experience - stay open-minded. Our stay was nothing short of exciting, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking an authentic taste of Zhuhai paired with outstanding service and comfort.

Booked a family room and a twin room. The family room was huge and comes decorated with a small tentage. The toilet was also huge in size and the wardrobe is located inside which makes changing of clothing easier. Room cleanliness was great, and there is a laundry room equipped with free usage for washer and dryer, it even has a TV and beverage for you to enjoy while waiting. Breakfast spread was decent, with local and western spread. Location wise is good too with many entries and convenience store within walking distance. My family even walk to the xiawan food street which comes alive with street vendors at 9.30pm. Ride hailing from hotel to the Chimelong Ocean Kingdom cost around CNY 40 to 60 based on didi app. For the family room toilet, perhaps one more floor mat will be nice.

Good location near the Gongbei border checkpoint. Clean and comfortable with decent-sized room. Spa is in building next door. The spa is charged separately and not included in the hotel room price.
