The bed was lumpy and uneven. We had soar backs every day because of it. We could not get a good nights sleep. Tossed and turned all night.

We loved out stay, I wish that the restuarant was a bit better, but overall it was great. If pizza would be offered later, that would have been amazing.

Super clean, well maintained area and the hotel itself. Not even a single sign of being in humidity, no smell, no mold. I liked everything!

La comida la vdd no está tan buena y está carisisisisismo!! Los meseros se tardan muuuchoooo en atenderte donde sea que estés.. aunque sean amables algunos y otros son neutrales pero parece que lo hacen de mala manera, hay muchos insectos en todos lados!! En mi cuarto un día me desperté con uno caminándome mientras dormía, también vi cucharas y hormigas todo el tiempo! El agua de la regadera es tibia pero nunca calienta

I absolutely love this hotel. It is absolutely beautiful and the service is fantastic. The food and drinks are excellent and the rooms and the grounds are lovely. Every time we go to Zihua we stay here and it never disappoints. I highly recommend this place. One day there was an extremely large party at the pool and the pool area really wasn't kept clean at all during that day. Otherwise it is always clean.

Everything is very nice here.. we are soooo enjoying our time in Zihuatanejo. Highly recommend Aura del Mar for those of you who like nice rooms with views of the ocean and a great staff at the hotel and restaurant.

The staff are best, of course location it’s amazing , easy walk into town.I would always choose this hotel. And until you stay here, you won’t know what I’m talking about. Lol you won’t find anything better. There isn’t anything that I don’t like about this hotel, if you have mobility issues then yes this is not the hotel for you, but I think that’s everywhere in Playa Madera and there are stairs up and down to the beach and to your room no elevators

location had to change rooms twice, free breakfast for 2 days then told no, inconsistencies, no hot water, kids screaming at 11pm, front desk meh

- Great location (between La Ropa and downtown) -Clean facilities -Nice pool - Rooms are in need of TLC. -Not all Rooms have a great ocean view and the biggest issue I have is that they advertise a beautiful ocean view in the booking.com pictures BUT this is not the room you will get most likely!! - Some of the staff (at breakfast) were litterally asking for tips. We don’t mind tipping and we do tip but i don’t like being asked!!!
