Good breakfast, friendly and helpful hosts. A market and nice restaurant are just steps away. Most of our party opined this was our best accommodation of our vacation, among three. Zirl is a nice town outlying Innsbruck, which is my preferred type of location for lodging. Clean rooms and a good value Nothing to dislike, I would recommend without reservation, unless your party members want to be in nightlife location. Even so it is a quick drive from Innsbruck

After a very long journey from the UK and driving through the night, we were extremely thankful that they let us check in early. The room was spacious and clean, it had a shared balcony where you get a glimpse of the mountains. The highlight was the breakfast, really cosy, well decorated room and we were served with local produce as well as eggs. The bus stop to Innsbruck town centre is just a 2 minute walk and the same for the nearest supermarket No kettle, nor fridge provided in the room

Pension is located about 10 minutes by car from Innsbruck. We stayed in a small apartment, really nice with 2 bedrooms, really nice and comfortable. Nothing. All perfect.

The breakfast is good. There was mixed up of the room setup and the owner gave us the discount. Thank you very much The pillows are very soft to our liking , and there is not much counter top in the washroom.

We planned this stay due its perfect proximity to the Kaiser Max klettersteig in East Zirl. Our room was large and comfortable with a nice outdoor sitting area. Grocery and restaurants were within minutes walk. Best of all was the kindness and generosity extended to us by Florian. A good breakfast with large selection capped off our short stay., Nothing

Breakfast was good, there was more green stuff than other places have like tomatos, cucumbers, paprika etc. We had a litte misunderstanding with the lady in the reception. We arrived very-very late due to our poor calculating and lots of road work and lost of internet. We came from Lyon, Frace. Travelled through Switzerland (visited beautiful Château de Chillon and out of expetation Freddie Mercury monument). So it took some time, because we did not expect everything to be that beautiful and as we were faf-far away form home (Estonia), we decided to enjoy our visit. We lost our Internet and could only make emergency calls. So we did not see the message from Pension Margret saying were is the key and the room if we arrive after 10pm. When we arrived (12pm), I rang the doorbell. Noone answered. In a minute or so one lady opened the window and asked what we want and why we rang the bell. Fist of all me and my husband apologised for it and started to tell our story. So the lady came outside and started to talk to us very impolitely (we had two kids, 7 and 4 years old with us as well). She started to ask again why we rang the bell if she sent us a message with all details etc, once again I started to explain our late arrive. She did not want to listen to us and showed me our room, saying we have to quiet, because everybody is asleep. Just like we wanted to go and yell at night, all we wanted was to go to sleep. Okay, we were in our rooms, I was a bit irritated and could not go to sleep. In the morning when we went to eat breakfast the lady came and started to talk all over it, we tought it was over - she do not have lots of help and she works 24/7 and we could have ask internet from gas stations. As I told you and her before, we could not make any calls or no one could call us, our limits were over. Anyways I did not know she had written to us. Why do I write here all this is because in the morning I tought “okay, new day, lets go”, but the lady started it all over again and said the words that triggered me. She said “I do not want or need bad recommendations in booking”.
