The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of character. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean, and the location is very convenient for exploring Zurich. The building itself is impressive and gives the hotel a special atmosphere. The staff were friendly and professional throughout our stay. For a hotel in this category and price range, we expected a little more attention to detail and a more refined overall experience. Some aspects felt slightly dated and the stay didn’t quite reach the luxury level we had expected.

We were upgraded to a beautiful suite with everything you could think of. The whole hotel is amazing. The staff was wonderful & always helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough for the heatwave in Zurich, but we were given a good fan. The beds were soft for our taste.
