the room was very nice and clean. the staff were also very helpful the shower was extremely small, i could barely move in there. the showerhead was also difficult to use. walking into the room but it actually being the bathroom was a shock. also when u shower, all the water comes out on the floor

Very well located The kitchen was closed for hot food due to an issue with the fire safety system in the kitchen which was awaiting rectification for over two weeks. Had I known this I probably would not have booked the hotel! I am sure this is only a temporary problem but was disappointing all the same

Everything you would want from a hotel room. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was a disappointment. Poor service from a server who fealt like everything was chore, plus an unimpressive spread.

To be honest nothing Everything. The staff is clueless and don’t make you feel comfortable. The lady who welcomed us was not professional at and she was asking personal questions which was awkward. I also had an issue with my room as chrome cast wasn’t connecting my phone to tv to play Netflix or YouTube Etc and they said sorry we can’t dot anything except downgrading to my room so I can’t have this service !!!! Plus the price it’s t worth it giving the fact the experience I had. The doorman were nice and helpful other than I have nothing good to say about this miserable hotel.
