everything was tidy comfortable and clean, personnel very nice and breakfast was very good maybe a fridge in the room ?

Well located just outside Zurich but easy to commute. Bus stops just few meters away. No facilities like kettle, coffee machine or not even instant coffee powders for this price.

Everything was great

The hotel is close to the highways. It's a good place to sleep and continue your journey the next day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's common areas and hallways were dirty. It gave a bad first impression; however, the room was clean.

nothing we booked almost 3 weeks ahead on booking.com. we arrived at the hotel at night. on attempting to check in, the clerk told us there was no booking, that “bookings through booking.com were a scam” and we couldn’t stay there because the hotel was fully booked. we had to leave almost at midnight, they didn’t help us at all finding something else.

The gentleman at the front desk was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful upon our check in. Rooms were pretty small.

I had a pleasant stay at ibis Zurich Adliswil. The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location with easy access to Zurich city center by public transportation. The check-in process was smooth, and the hotel provides good value for travelers looking for a practical and budget-friendly option.

Unfortunately nothing I stayed in this hotel recently, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing because of the noise. The room was extremely noisy throughout the stay. Constant noise from the restaurant below could clearly be heard in the room, especially late at night. In addition, the corridor was very noisy, with doors constantly slamming and people passing by, making it almost impossible to rest or sleep properly. The beds were also extremely narrow and uncomfortable, which made the overall stay even worse. The sound insulation is clearly inadequate for a hotel at this level. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or relaxing stay.

It would have been nice if there was a kettle, along with tea and coffee service in the room.

Access to public transport to go to city center is very good, bus is just across the hotel. The hotel is clean and room is ok. There is a nice bar downstairs. It was very noisy during the evening, around 9-10 PM and then starting 4 AM. It woke us up both nights. Since it was the same timing, I assume above us there was some room for cleaning staff that started their shift at 4 AM. Im not sure, but we could hear their walking, objects moved, voices…

Location ifls very good just outside the crowded city

Our room was typical for a budget hotel. It is the service we recieved at the front desk that was wonderful. I made a small mistake when booking a second room. The gentleman at the desk very kindly resolved the issue. He was very hekpful. Our dinner at the hotel resturaunt was very good. We were very happy very minor issue, but would have loved a kettle in the room.

The room was a bit small, but it had everything necessary.

A bit expensive for an Ibis…. Zürich or not….

I have stayed at this property previously and have generally had positive experiences. The location is excellent and particularly convenient for my needs, the rooms offer good value for money, and the staff have consistently been friendly and courteous. On this occasion, however, the standard of housekeeping did not meet expectations. Plastic cups were left in the room and were not removed during servicing. Additionally, the bathroom did not appear to be cleaned daily. Housekeeping seemed limited to bed making and floor mopping, yet items such as plastic waste on the floor beneath the table were consistently overlooked.
