Fabulous staff, location and view. Facilites are great. Spa!! The menu personally wasn't to my taste. More variety of food is needed and doesn't need all the glitz. Simple lovable menu instead for me.

The restaurant have a menu fix. I asked for a mixed fish plate, but they told me that is not possible, because they have one plate with shrimps, one plate with octopus, one with fish sow, they can't put a mix plate. Its first time in my life that I hear something like that in a restaurant. So, if you don't like nothing from menu, they will not prepare to you nothing else, even if they have all what they need to do that. The answer of the waiter it was very unpleasant and rood. At check-out, they don't know if I pay the city taxe, so keep your receipts, if you don't want surprise. The hotel is very nice, but with bad management.

The dinners were superb! We enjoyed the view, service and food selections so wonderful and diverse, that we ate both nights in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is just right location for us as tourist the adjacent rooms provided were more than we could ask for. Zurich lake view is so stunning! Mr. Martin was very helpful.

Hotel design, family room was very convenient, very clean, view of Zürich lake, spa and hours of operation, 15 min walk from train station, welcome gift for the kids and overall stay was perfect Great breakfast, but two things could be better: the coffee and the food replenishment. We arrived at 9:15 (45 minutes before closing), and most of the buffet was already empty. Hope this can be improved

The room was very comfy with a beautiful view of Lake Zurich. I've stayed at this property for work and private. The restaurant is very nice with good choices of food and quality. They have a great breakfast. Meeting rooms are wonderful, and the staff is very attentive. I didn't have time to use the spa. But that was on me. If you don't come by car, you need to take a train and a bus to get there. At night, the buses don't come so often.

This place is so amazing and beautiful! The best spa in the world, everything was so beautiful and clean. The staff were amazing and so nice, the view from our room was the most beautiful thing I’ve ever woken up to. I give this place 10 stars.

Modern designed hotel. Rooms was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful panoramic views on the Lake. Parking arrangement was very convenient.

Loved it at first sight. Perfect hotel in a lovely suburb. Easy to locate. Close to a public bus station. Loved the staff, they were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was tasty and fresh, the room was spotless and the view was breathtaking. I enjoyed my stay here. Highly recommend it.

Beautiful views over Lake Zurich and close to Park im Gruene. Room was too hot! No fan was provided until requested and then only one small fan provided for a room with 2 beds and people. The fold out couch (second bed) was very squeaky and uncomfortable for my children.

Wonderful location, staff, lake views astounding As the restaurant is rather expensive, it would be good to expand the menu at the bar a bit, to include cheaper dishes like a Cesar salad, club sandwich, quiche…

NONE of the saunas were working which was very disappointing because we book this place for the spa facilities

Mostly everything, all the staff are awesome. No swimming pool, and kids zone.
