Good overall, it was our third time at the hotel I was unhappy to see that I was charged 250CHF extra for room cleaning. It's the first time it ever happened to me. I was disappointed by the hotel. It should be a service offered by the hotel. I hope you will take it into consideration

Very nice highly recommended luxurious hotel on the lake. Room was larger than I expected. Very well equipped and modern. The breakfast and dining were excellent. I appreciated very much that the hotel provided free transportation to and from the nearest train station. Also, transportation to the city without additional charge. Location is great, very clean, nice big room, good service at reception by arrival and at the breakfast, easy access to the lake. Towels not of one 5 star hotel, breakfast is a little bit poor (could be good to have variety of ham, bakeries.

We’re a family of 3 and We stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was cozy and superb in every aspect. the staff were very kind and welcoming. the room was big enough and clean, not to mention the beautiful view of lake Zürich from the balcony. breakfast was fresh and diverse Room service was fast The hotel provided us everything we need for our child to make us comfortable I would definitely recommend staying at Alex Lake hotel. For me, Alex Lake will be my first choice whenever i am visiting Zürich again

I loved everything about my stay here. The staff were incredibly kind, the rooms were beautiful and spacious, and the lake view was stunning. The hotel’s facilities were excellent as well. I would definitely stay here again!
