Location was good most staff were helpful Air con didn’t cope with the heat strange pillows construction work happening nearby quite noisy with bar next door if you were not early for breakfast hot foods were cold Ubers found it difficult to find the property

Hotel reception is really really bad. They don’t accommodate at all the customers request even when there are children at play. Incredible!

It's too hot as the fans are not working well, plus it's noisy because of the road construction

Overall stay was so good. Hotel is so clean, comfortable and close to the main train station. Reception, restaurant and other staff are so polite and courteous and they really made our stay pleasant and memorable.
