Its close to central station and a short walk to shopping and restaurants. The hotel went out of their way to put individual AC units in the rooms given how hot it was.

We stayed for one night with our family. Had 2 rooms for 3 people. It was during the heat dome and the hotel did offer us a free cancellation b/c of that. They accommodated us by putting stand alone a/c units in our rooms along with several fans and that really helped. One room had a nice view and one room did not, but that wasn't a big deal since we were only there for one night. The breakfast room looked to me in an old church attached to the hotel and was really cool and the breakfast was substantial if you wanted a large breakfast. The staff was very nice to us, held our luggage when we got there so we could tour around Zurich, called me on the phone when the rooms were ready. It was a short walk to the train station as well as old town, very close to the river, which was nice. The hotel does not have a/c, so the hallways were pretty hot. I realize a/c is probably not the most common thing to have in this part of the world. Not a huge deal.

We are not satisfied with the variety of the breakfast. It must be improved.

The staff were outstanding, courteous, helpful! Shoutout to Joana who made our breakfast experience great! Also shoutout to Lara for helping us find restaurants, help with our luggage! Also a great thank you for the housekeeping staff who keptnour room clean and in order! Breakfasts that was included in the room price was outstanding! The room was small and did not have a proper place to hang clothes. It so happened that when we were in Zurich therecwas a heat wave!! There were 2 fans and a mobile air conditioner that helped somewhat but it was uncomfortable.

This hotel really met our expectations. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, particularly Lucy on reception. Amazing location, close to everything. Really clean and spacious rooms. The real bonus was the free chocolate, water bottles, fruit and ice creams at the reception. Seeing as Zurich is quite an expensive city this was such a treat Nothing, all perfect

There was some work on the street and some noise in the room. Nothing serious. Location, staff, facility, and breakfast paid off

Breakfast wasn’t good. Elevator was so small. No central air in room just AC unit which was so loud so hard to fall asleep. No screen at windows insects are coming in.

Location is good next to Zurich HB, around 10 to 15 minutes walk and located in old town zurich. There are so many restaurants, shopping stalls and next to grocery stores. When i arrived, there is a rude receptionist while checking in, the braided hair, there is no name plate on the Tshirt. It is good if one is welcoming as we are in foreign country, so it would be nice if she will be a little bit kind to people. But the rest of the hotel employees are hospitable and friendly.

Reception staff very helpful when I had difficulty locating the facility. And again in the morning in relation to storing my bags prior to onward travel. Size of room (could barely fit a single bed), Apart from fruit and grain there was an option for all residents to request how they would like to have their hot breakfast prepared - all containing eggs. When I asked if there was any hot Vegan options I was spoken to very rudely by staff member who advised 'yes, I could have cooked vegetables' to which I agreed. I received approximately two tablespoons of mixed vegetables in middle of plate surrounded by oil.,
