Nice spot, well-located in Old Town and within easy walk to train station. Breakfast was good, and nice to offer free apples and coffee in lobby. They accommodated early check-in and communicated well. As in most old-town hotels, space is tight. Zurich is expensive, but at that price point, I would have expected somewhat higher level of amenities, such as bathroom items. Room appeared clean, but there was a slight, lingering odor that we couldn't quite discern.

Great location, convenient and lots of eating options nearby. It was quiet and I lined the features of our room. The staff was the best feature of all. They consistently were cheerful and helpful with anything we asked about. The corners of the bed stuck out beyond the mattress, which caught our shins a couple of times.

Location was excellent, staff was very helpful, room was quiet (not street side but opened onto small interior courtyard. Room was very small with just a slider for the bathroom door. But, this is Europe and it was not a surprise.

Top location in the Old City, right on the main walking street with restaurants, shops, cafés & vibrant city vibes ✨ ? 5 min walk to Zurich Main Station (SBB) ? 2–3 min to the lake promenade Perfect location, lovely staff & excellent service ? Very satisfied with the overall experience ??? The hotel is old, not renovated, with an outdated climate system, small beds ☺️ and a minimal breakfast.

Uncomfortably hot, but didn’t want to sleep with window open that let in odorsof the restaurant. Elbow. Given a set of two pillows, and both were not comfortable.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Was able to get my room a little earlier than check in time. Right in the center of downtown and a few minutes walk from tram and main Zurich train station.

Location is perfect. Rooms are basic but clean. Breakfast room is small and has limited capacity. Often no seats available. Hotel has no seating in the front (outside) for guest. Although, there are 2 restaurants there is no designated seating area for hotel guest.

The location was excellent. Breakfast had real American coffee. ? Small room but had all that was needed.

Check-out is at 11:00, which is a bit too early. However, it seems to be the standard time for Switzerland.
