Hotel Old Town

Room very comfortable for 2 .Air-conditioning was awesome. Breakfast very tasty and high quality. Staff was very friendly. Super convenient to train station and an easy 15 minute walk. Numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance The floor lamp wasn't working but we managed.

Location was exactly what we wanted - more local flavor. Breakfast was perfect. Check in and check out was easy.

This was my fault, I didn't inquire about the times breakfast would be served. I had to leave at 6:30am to catch a flight. So, although I paid extra for breakfast, I was not able to have one, nor could they prepare a take-away breakfast for me. That was disappointing because I wasted my own money.

Great location in Old Town, great for a 1-2 night stay. Bathroom was very small, shower small but that’s to be expected in old buildings. Bonus was the air conditioning. It was hot in Zurich so it was nice to have a cool room. Shower really small with low ceiling and didn’t drain well

Breakfast was excellent! Staff was friendly, except for one guy (sorry I don’t have his name, but he was also our waiter at dinner) who would not smile or even look at me when I was talking to him.

18'th century Inn but with hot water and a comfy bed. The convenience, the privacy, the quietness, the excellent bed and the breakfast. I loved the steakhouse. I really don't have any negative issue with this accommodation.

Central location. Good breakfast. The entry way is behind a restaurant in a small dark alley. Didn’t feel very safe for 2 women travelling alone

Very clean rooms and super quiet. They did have AC in the room and the windows were excellent. Very little to no outside noise. Very unusual for a city center hotel in Europe. Perfect location - step outside and you are in the heart of old town Zurich. Everything was fine. They did have a back entrance that they wanted guests to use so that they wouldn't be coming/going through the steakhouse which is on the main floor. Not a big deal really. The breakfast wasn't huge but enough to fill us up, but they did make as many specialty coffees as you wanted.

Breakfast was great. Location was the reason we chose it and that is the best reason to stay here. Right in the heart of Old Towne. Room was small and expensive.

geeting was awkward, coming and going through the back door very unprofessional.

Location was very good easy access to transportation room was small but adequate and quiet breakfast was adequate with delicious fresh coffee
