No A/C in room until we upgraded room

Small boutique hotel in old town - very very charming. Suoer friendly staff. Reception is manned till 10 pm after which guests can enter and exit the building with their own key cards. Spacious gorgeous room … lovely amenities. Beds were super comfortable. I would love to visit again. Hotel location is great - very easy access to various trams lines. Quick walk to Zurich HB train station. Lovely and easy to explore old town by walking around. Hotel has their own sushi bar and restaurant which is superb! We are their 2 of our 4 night stay and the food was amazing. As the sushi restaurant is the only dining option at the property, they don’t have a full functioning kitchen. Which makes breakfast quite limited.

Great location, friendly staff. Nicely renovated and comfortable Air conditioner blew directly on to side of bed leaving one person freezing while the other was hot. Lift often used by staff tansporting items forcing you to use stairs

The staff here are really very friendly—always with a big smile and a willingness to help. They are wonderful hosts. The only thing I didn't like—though it wasn't the hotel's fault—was the intense heat in Zurich during our stay. That said, it was nothing a dip in the river or the lake couldn't fix.

Centrally located to everything and the staff were amazing. Super helpful and very responsive! There is also AC in the room Nothing to complain about!

Friendly, helpful staff made us feel welcome through our stay. Our room was small, but adequate & comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere. The location cannot be beat - we were close to everything in Old Town. We would have appreciated a little more lighting.

Top location! Picturesque environment. All distances are walkable. Very pleasant and welcoming staff. Good breakfast, enough variety and as much coffee as you want. Clean room and excellent bed. The room is a bit tight and has only one chair. A second chair in a room for 2 people could easily be created with a smaller desk. Inconvenient is that the shower is not inside the bathroom.

The bathroom door doesn't fully close and the shower is outside the bathroom, next to the entrance, in the hallway

We Never had the breakfast there, but the stay was awesome! All the staff was extremely helpful and beyond kindness (I feel bad for monopolizing their time). We will be coming back in a few years with some extra people. Hope to see familiar faces!

It’s next to several eateries and a club next door. As long as you don’t mind loud noise until about midnight…ish you’re fine. We wanted to go to bed earlier and found the people laughing and speaking bothersome. That’s their biggest negative. Wonderful place otherwise.

Proximity to old town

The hotel is located on a pedestfian street with quite a few restaurants. It could be noisy, but bt 10pm the noise dies down

Perfect location less than 15 min walk from train station and in the heart of Old Town. It would be helpful to have better directions to locate it.

this is a fantastic property. our room was large with high ceilings on the 5th floor. it was so quiet even though we were at a main square in the old town. we loved the location and would stay here again. beds were split as requested and we had a fridge and nespresso machine. separate work space around the corner from the beds so my daughter was able to work while i slept. we did not eat at the hotel but had a very good coffee to go in the cafe. easy walking to the train station and all the great restaurants. our room had so much character too. would highly recommend. we needed to do a little sweeping from behind the dresser where I dropped a card. otherwise the room was immaculate. housekeeping needs to up their game.

The location for this hotel was perfect - exactly in the middle of everything and even close enough to the train station to walk. The room we had was super cute, but the shower was a bit on the small side. The staff was great - they helped us find tours around Zurich.

Noisy and no AC inside room. Church bells keep ringing all night long so unable to sleep.
