Everything about our stay was truly excellent. The only aspect that did not match the standards of a five-star hotel of this level was the breakfast. We expected a much wider variety and better selection considering the overall quality of the hotel.

The location is great and you can see the chapel bridge out from the window. But there is no air conditioning and it is very very hot. If you open the windows, the noise from downstairs is pretty loud and there are also flies and bug coming in. The washing machine is not in unit and sometimes are occupied.

Center of town! If you are a light sleeper, the trolleys will wake you

Its proximity to transport facilities.( trams, trains) is its biggest advantage over other 5 star hotels. We travelled extensively in Switzerland for 3 weeks using Switzerlands outstanding train network and our main criteria for choosing accommodation is closeness to train stations. The hotel’s staff were par excellence. They were courteous, attentive and really helpful. Facilities were also outstanding. Nil

The location was convenient and the rooms are spacious. The coffee shop down at the hotel was horrible they were so rude and refused to serve me coffee or food and tried to act all snobbish worst service ever . Also the room service food wasn’t the best .

This is one of our favorite hotels and stayed here last year. The staff is amazing. They go beyond any expectations to help you. One of our wheels came off our luggage and they did everything to fix it. The rooms we booked were spacious, clean and very comfortable. After traveling internationally, a good nap in a comfy bed is just what we wanted. The location of the hotel is across the street from the train station and the staff at the hotel will meet you to help you with luggage. The major shopping street is at the corner of the hotel and the beautiful lake and hotel is just down the street.

Very close to main train station. If coming from airport you can request a porter meet you on your platform to help with luggage. Super convenient.

This place is super fancy. Opulent, even. Couldn't have a more central location, it's located across from the main train station and walkable to all of the standard old city sites. Breakfast buffet was kind of smallish but they seemed to rely more on a la carte service which tracks with the fancy old school vibe. We had a larger room with a separate bedroom and a pull-out double couch because we were traveling with two teenage sons. nothing?

We received an upgrade and the room was big with a nice view

Well, Breakfast was about average, only few choices and no variety. Price was high

The lobby was nicely kept Felt like an unsafe location, the room was small for the price, and wasn’t impressed with the confusion at the desk. I ordered breakfast with my stay and I had to be the one to go back and forth to get things straightened out and still had to pay as much as I did.
