The properties location is excellent. It’s within walking distance to major sites, shopping and restaurants. The lobby and breakfast area were always clean and presentable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good with made to order omelets. Breakfast attendant was very nice and attentive. He always kept the area clean and breakfast items stocked. Made it a point to say goodbye because he gave our mornings a great start. The air condition system is not on in October. It may be cool outside but it certainly isn’t inside. The first night we were on the 1st floor and hardly slept because we had to open the window to cool the room somewhat but then we had to deal with the street noise and fumes from the cars. Next morning we went to the front desk and were moved to the 5th floor. This took care of the exhaust smell but we still had the street noise (cars and people). It wasn’t a restful stay. The shower in our 5th floor room seemed to be clean but upon entering and closing the shower doors there was mold and grime. It made me sick just looking at it so I would try and avoid looking at those areas. I came to the conclusion that the cleaning crew really didn’t clean very well because you don’t get that kind of buildup if you really clean. It was quite disturbing and certainly unsanitary.

No air conditioner the last two days

The location was very convenient, close to the center and easy to reach everything we needed. Unfortunately, the stay was disappointing. The window in our room was broken and unusable, with only a note left about it. So, it was a room without a window basically. The toilet kept dripping, the shower tub was dirty, and the drain was clogged so water would not flow properly. Under the bed there was a pile of dust, showing it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Despite requesting a quiet room, we were placed on a low floor facing a busy street, making it extremely noisy at night. When we asked for earplugs on the first night to cope with the noise (as we arrived late), the receptionist reacted unhelpfully. Overall, the service and maintenance fell far short of expectations, especially considering the price.

the room was spaceous and the bed was especially comfortable. the lobby is not accesible at all. there is no ramp and one must climb stairs with luggage, stroller, etc. the decor is ugly and incoherent.

The bed was super comfortable. All of the staff were very courteous and extra helpful. When I needed to freeze my packable gel ice for my medicine, Francis (female) gladly put it in the freezer for me. The room was modern and clean, however there was no airconditioning, because, as explained to me, it is centralized for the whole building and it isnt summer yet. I am used to an airconditioner all year round, as I am from Southeast Asia, so I was very uncomfortable. They gave me an electric fan, which helped a bit, but please....do NOT say your hotel is airconditioned if ithe airconditioner will NOT be operating! I would not have booked this hotel had I known this. The safe also was not fuctioning in my room but the following day, it was fixed. Please make sure everything works BEFORE the guest arrives Location is super! Oh, btw the breakfast was quite good. I also learned the hotel has a generator because on Monday April 28, when the power outage happened, the hotel seamlessly continued functioning thanks to their generator! No airconditioning, safe wasn't working, no freezer in the mini fridge, shower leaks water out due to poor design
