My son did not like the mattress. I was ok with it.

Very clean and comfy rooms, kitchenette was helpful to have access to! Right next to a lovely cafe and only like five minutes from the beach.

The location is great It’s noisy. I stay on the third floor so I heard everyone’s steps on the stairs, people next door and we had a short blackout.

We didn't get clear instructions for parking although we asked and eventually ended up paying 32euros as we parked in the nearest possible, the one near the obelisk. Staff was helpful, although nobody was speaking English, so communication was a bit hard. The instructions we got were also in Spanish in pdf format, so a bit harder to translate.

staff was great, location was central, place was very clean room was very basic and too small, with no view, very small wobbly mattress bed, only remote checkin after 5 pm
-
A bit loud street if your room faces the main street.

Was not able to stay because they put my booking on a different date than the one I booked 2 months in advance! The main office is a big mess. Dirty and disordered. They are absolutely disorganized. Not recommended

Very convenient location, close to city center The double bed was very narrow, 2 people cannot sleep there. Besides, the matresses were not comfortable at all, they were so bad and wobbly that we could feel the bed springs and could not sleep all night. Not a good experience, would not recommend...

Very central. The hotel is like a central start point to go anywhere. With the window closed you don’t really hear the noises from the street. The staff was really nice and helpful. The water is hot enough. The bed is comfortable enough. The shampoo and shower gel for the first day were missing. And the thing to kill mosquitos is missing. You could hear a bit sound of walking in the corridor but it’s not a big problem.

Located almost in city center. There are a lot of bus stops around the place. Room was warm and had an amazing terrace. Also room was cleaned every day and towels was replaced every day. I almost did not meet staff, since had late check-in and early check-out.

Location Just to said something, a bit noisy.

In the centre Very noisy guests, every nights , using the kitchen past opening hours, smoking inside the room, smashing doors, screaming on the balcony from different floors until late hours of the night (after 1 am even) and the staff did little to nothing to change it, even with me calling for help several times. If I could have had a refund and go sleep somewhere else I would. I had important work presentations and couldn’t rest or properly prepare with the noise. Not to mention the bathroom rotten wood, the window to a courtyard with little air circulation and no isolation on the walls so even if the guest were polite you would still ear everything. You will not rest here, terrible place.
