I understand that Internet goes down, but both times I reported it. The desk was 100% convinced it was user error. (that is the only reason for my complaint )Yet they never sent somebody to make sure that it wasn’t on their end. I travel quite a bit. I had no problems hooking my laptop or phone up to the other 14 hotels, I stayed in during my Camino. No internet in my room

Everything was wonderful! This was the perfect stay to kickstart my Camino!

The location is close to the main city center and beach. The parking is below but it is easily accessible and you end up at the corner of the hotel.

The staff was very nice and helpful, great service. The location was perfect, few minutes walk from the old city and restaurants and it is located just in front of the beach with direct access. It was very clean and nicely decorated. Nothing to say

The restaurant service is the worse hotel restaurant I have ever been, both the service and the food, just terrible.

Check in was unexpected which was all on line but I was very tired from driving of course I could have done it before. Everything was done over the phone and contrasenas.

Fantastic location. Clean and comfortable hotel and room Breakfast was a bit pricey - but delicious!

Beautiful Modern Hotel right across the street from Riazor Beach. Our room had an incredible Ocean view! Excellent location close to shops and Beaches. The rooms are comfortable and cared for. We could hear the waves crashing throughout the night. Very enjoyable. The only negative thing I would have to say was that some of the Service staff in the Bar and Restaurant were not friendly to us and seemed agitated to help or serve you. It was surprising since the Front desk and Maid service were friendly and accommodating.
