The location is excellent and truly the highlight of the hotel. It is within walking distance of many tourist attractions, cafés, and the waterfront, which we were able to enjoy even in cold weather. The hotel offers very good value for money, especially considering that we were in Spain, where prices tend to be higher than in Portugal. My single room was very comfortable and spacious, and my parents also had a very good experience in their double room. The bathrooms were extremely clean, and overall the rooms were comfortable. We stayed two nights in A Coruña, and the location made it very easy for us to explore the city and even take a day trip to Santiago de Compostela. One of the receptionists was particularly helpful in explaining how to get to Santiago and in arranging taxis for us when needed, which we appreciated, as transportation in A Coruña can sometimes be difficult. Although the bathroom was very clean, the sink in my room did not drain properly, which was slightly uncomfortable. In terms of service, we felt the staff could have been more attentive. We were traveling with several large suitcases, and no one offered to help us carry them, even though there is a step at the entrance. This was surprising to us, as in Brazil it is common for hotel staff to assist with luggage. On the morning of our departure, a small taxi was arranged despite the number of suitcases we had. It did not seem intentional, but it caused a bit of inconvenience. Overall, while the hotel offers good value, the level of hospitality could be slightly improved.

Our room bathroom suddenly started flowing water from one of the lights on the ceiling. They came rapidly but they did not find the reason (no technician was send) and it stopped by itself, eventually. The person on the front desk that came to check the problem was very nice and brought towels to dry the area. They had no other room available since they were full.

Bathroom sink was a slow drain, but that is a minor issue.

Returned many times. Excellent suite.

Zenit is perfectly located in one of the narrowest parts of Coruna with the Beach and boardwalk 1/4 block on one side and the Port only a couple of blocks on the other side. It is also only a few steps from the center of Coruna where you can find Coffee bars, restaurants, little cozy bars, boutique shopping and all the wonderful things that Coruna offers. The lobby is very beautiful with a cozy full bar and lounge area, the reception staff very friendly and helpful. It has a full Spanish menu restaurant and although we did not dine there, the menu looked delicious! Rooms are spacious with good beds, TV, coffee maker and safe and nice decorations. It also offers parking (13 euros per day) beneath the building witch is rare and very convenient. Breakfast is a mix of continental with some Spanish pastries and sausages. I liked everything about this hotel. Will stay there again for sure!

Staff were lovely and location of Hotel was very good! The rooms were shockingly small. It is a four star hotel? Even with an economic booking this was outrageously inappropriate and not that cheap for such a small and impractical space. We barely had room for our luggage and access to make tea and coffee was through opening a noisy slatted door that was too close to the bed. Only decaff instant coffee or herbal tea available? Strange to say the least! Bathroom was lovely but the room was so claustrophobic we couldn't wait to leave!!

Everything was nice at the hotel The restaurant was closed for 2 days due to a local holiday, not too good for guest staying

The location was great - for walking along the city beach and into town. We did arrive early and they held our suitcases and called us when are room became available. Overall it was good. The hotel also provided us with an umbrella because it was raining when we first arrived. There's a great bakery just behind the hotel on the corner that's good for coffee and baked goods if you are not having breakfast at the hotel. Nothing really. I did notice that beach towels were charged at 2 euros each. I have stayed in other hotels where these have been free so that was a little surprising but since it was raining we didn't get to use this service.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The bed was very comfortable, the room was also very clean, quiet, and there was ample lighting in the various parts of the room. The access to the various areas (front desk, restaurant, room and street level exit) was excellent. Got to watch the sunset from Orzan beach within walking distance. While the hotel has private parking, it is very difficult to navigate. It is more like driving into a very narrow inclined tunnel. Very difficult to navigate the turns. Also, the billing was a little confusing because they require the first night's payment but then the final bill included the first night's payment again. The credit has been submitted but I have not received it. Last, while the shower water pressure was wonderful, the temperature was hard to maintain steady. Even if you get it at a comfortable setting, it would suddenly get very cold or very hot. It was necessary to constantly adjust it.
