Good value for money Nothing

Very clean. Lady on reception was very polite and friendly. As a solo traveller i had booked and paid for a single room, upon arrival i was pleasantly told that they had put me in a double room with no extra charge. I.had room 23.The room was spotlessly clean. Facilities was great . Kettle tea and coffee , hair dryer and telly. The bathroom was outstanding. The only problem was no WiFi in room which didn't bother me but I think would be an issue for some people. Continental breakfast was good everything fresh and plenty of choice. All in all I was delighted with my stay and i will definitely be retuning .in the future. No WiFi signal in room

Staff beyond friendly constant jokes. I cannot think of any way to improve our experience.

Good value for money. Lots of thoughtful touches like decent coffee and oat milk in rooms. Our twin room was a good size. Restaurant food was fairly priced, good quality and large portion sizes. Good bar downstairs with beer garden Friendly staff. Great location. Some parking at rear, first come first served. Decor a little tired upstairs BUT renovation work was taking place during our stay. Rooms are a bit of a maze and signage could be better but this may be addressed during renovations. Lots of stairs to navigate to rooms and no lift.

Lovely room Bar prices changed with every purchase we bought the same drinks three times and were charged different on each occasion

Basic continental breakfast, but no limit on amount. Fresh fruit available. Great central location. Hot shower. Squeaky floorboards in room.

Great location - we were lucky that we got a car park space at the back of the hotel (not guaranteed). Delicious continental breakfast - plenty of choice and lots of it! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had all we needed. Bedding, towels were of a good quality. Room itself was dated - floor was on a 'lean', window was lodged open with a block of wood. Noise from rooms above and adjacent to us overnight disturbed us a bit.

Lovely stay in heart of Aberystwyth 3 flights of stairs which was ok for us but maybe not for less mobile..

Closeness to amenities and town. Staff were great also especially the domestic staff whom fetched an iron and ironing board no problem at all when requested by my partner. Thank you fir a wonderful stay Nothing

Location was fantastic very close to all the attractions, the beach and the Railway, hotel was clean, Room and bed were very comfortable, bar was great and the continental breakfast had plenty to offer. X N/A

Very friendly staff and immediate welcome from the start It was in a good location .

For a budget hotel this was excellent. The staff were friendly. The rooms were clean. The toilet and shower was very clean. The beds were clean. The carpets to the stairwell probably need replacing but that would probably be my only criticism. The continental breakfast was lovely and plentiful and the evening meal was outstanding. I had the home-made curry. For someone who was used to staying in in five star aesthetically posh hotels. I was majorly impressed with this little golden nugget.
