Excellent location, beautiful hotel and views. The service staff was great but the staff in the front desk were not very polite. I arrived at 9am and paid for my stay and they didn’t give me wifi access until 3pm (that’s when we got a room assigned) they didn’t give us info about the breakfast times or any relevant info for our stay.

Very nice location with private beach. Hotel restaurants are more expensive than average. Sea is full of plastic particles and food rubbish each morning, it would be nice if hotel stuff clean it. I had to clean the sea by myself to let my kids swim there.

Amazing location. Very clean, comfortable bed, attentive staff. Bathrooms are very dated Some food items were priced ridiculously ($455 for tacos al pastor is criminal) Would be nice to have an adults only pool area
