Friendly and accomodating staff, you get a comfortable stay for an affordable price. If youre trying to explored during the day and just needed a simple hotel to stay, this hotel is it. Hotel is old and still being fixed from the past hurricane but its functional!

The suite itself, along with the ocean view, was tops! The host checked on us periodically, which was a plus. I did message him about things that he might not have known. The building is composed of various condominiums owned by investors that rent them as Airbnb(which I wasn't aware of when I booked). The check-in desk is one floor below street level, which makes it a bit challenging since there's no elevator. There's a makeshift "ramp" with no rails. The elevators are old, slow, and have no ventilation, 5 small size elevators for 30 floors that half the time we're not functioning properly, there was a line of people most times trying to jump on . The elevator floors were always wet and filthy. The housekeeper would come in daily to do light cleaning. My mother even wrote a note for certain areas to be given extra attention. It went on deaf ears. We had requested a particular housekeeper since we noted she was paying a bit more attention to details, I went straight to the from desk and requested her by name, which was forwarded to the main housekeeper and nothing. We paid two weeks' stay, which was none refundable, so we just dealt with it since we mainly toured the city. There's a well priced cafe with ok food and a quick mart attached that was a bit overpriced. The location was great. The pool was clean and beach front breathtaking, but please do not swim there. We witnessed a son and father get dragged out by the current. As a family, we had a great vacation. Unfortunately, we will go back to our original hotel (Amares), which was fully booked.

The bed was terrible. The blankets they give are napkin thin same goes for the pillows. Tv was basically useless. Floor Internet was useless as well from room 2102. The air conditioning never turns off so the room is either hot or cold and with those paper thin blankets it was terrible. The shampoo comes in paper bags with lettering that peel off right on your hands when in the shower leaving your hair with trash. Only thing I loved was the location.
