Location The hotel is far too expensive for such an old property. While the location is convenient for transit, it feels seriously overpriced for what it offers. Don’t rely on the “Marriott” name alone when booking.

I reserved a room with concierge lounge access but did not receive a key to have me access the lounge. I need to be compensated. No trash can in my room as well as bath towels. I had to call for towels 4 times

The Manager of the Hotel or Front Desk is terrible. He approached me aggressively and couldn't listen to my request. I have been staying at the Ghana Marriott hotel for the last few years. But I never met him, and I explained to him that this is my preferred hotel, and people all the time treated me so well. He refused to listen to me, and he even wanted to fight me.

The location is nice, the hotel is clean. The lobby has a nice vibe Service can be slow and messages not get to them. For example, when I extended my stay, I went to the lobby two times to make sure everything was OK and was assured that too. However I still received about 4 phone calls asking me if I needed help checking out. all this in the middle of an important meeting. I think they need to understand that it's small things like that which makes hotel stay memorable or not. They also very tight with late check out requests which is understandable. However, teaching staff how to do that with a smile and finesse is what would make it better. It felt like "were made our money, you can put jn the lobby. see you next time. I could not unsure my TV throughout my entire stay and just gave up trying to ask as the message just never seemed to get to whoever it was meant. I really left feeling service to me would have been better if my surname was more un-African
